FAST AND EFFICIENT! There was a slab leak in our house. We contacted Prostar Plumbing in the morning and Earl contacted us immediately and came out within 2 hours! Earl diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately! He fixed the leak within 2 hours! He was professional and honest, he didn't rip us off.

We had a nightmare situation with our pipes. The previous owner made a huge mess and we are lucky the pipes did not burst. Of course, we found this out the hard way when severe amounts of mold grew on the walls. Soon after finding this nightmare, we needed a plumber ASAP! In comes Prostar. Not only was my call returned 10 minutes later, a plumber arrived 30 minutes later. WHAT?!?! He assessed our situation and gave us, in our opinion, a fair price but more importantly, he fixed it right away. He was at our home for over four hours and it looks amazing. His work was very clean. After our cabinets are installed he is coming back to arrange the pipes accordingly at no extra charge. I highly recommend this company. It's refreshing to have this type of ease when in a desperate situation.

We had a blocked drain in our master shower and some other issues with two of our toilets. Prostar was able to fit us in that same day, showed up as promised and all of the repairs went perfectly! Earl was so easy to work with and available by text which was really convenient. He was even nice enough to come back two (!!) additional times at no extra charge to address a couple of minor issues. We had a leak from our sprinkler system. We turned off the main shut off valve because it was still leaking when we tried to turn off only the sprinkler shut off valve. Earl, the owner, swung by to take a look at it and give us options. We chose for him to cap off the sprinkler shut off valve. He did so, and there is no more leak. He also gave us a discount because he said he didn't spend too much time in labor to warrant the full price. Thanks, Earl!

Rob and Austin are a great team. They figured out the problem and got my house taken care of in short order. On top of it, these guys were nice. Prostar Plumbing is my go to plumber from now on. He is also clean and just a nice person. I actually even helped his son get into a New car as well.
