Very happy customer here! You never know when you might have problems. Our septic tank was full Saturday and after calling many others, we finally found this company and called them. They said they would come out Sunday at 9 AM and actually came earlier. This was the only company that we found that works weekends. He was professional, fast, friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Steve, the owner shows up. Starts checking septic out and throws out the ""F"" bomb. He said it so loud, my wife came out of the house. Complained about how he has to go and get his excavator and how far he lives in AJ (we are in SE Gilbert). He told us that he would be back in the AM, if I gave him $100 in cash for fuel. Gave him the $100. Never showed an could not contact them. Dishonest.... Would not recommend them at all!

I called this company to come look at my septic system that was leaking above ground. He told me I needed to have my system pumped. I gave him the cash and he didn't have the change to break it and give me my change. When I went to my backyard to see if they were done they had left no more than 10 minutes after so call pumping my tank. They never gave me my change ok fine. Two days later the same problem with the leaking system into my yard happened again. I called them to inform them and he chewed me out said it was because my washer empties into the tank and I need a repair. He said all he can do is pump it again. I asked him why would it need to be pumped if it was emptied two days prior. He then proceeded to yell at me and told me to call someone else and hung up on me. I had a reputable professional company come and they tell me it was never pumped the tank is completely full hence the overflowing in to my yard. I am going to sue this man and his stealing my hard earned money. I am a single mother of 3 children he has no right to steal from me or anyone else. He needs to be put out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE on him. There are plenty of companies who know how to be honest and do the job they are paid for.

This guy is a rude person he Acts like you should know what the plumbing terms are and very poor customer service. He is very unprofessional and when you ask him about the quote He gets upset. And says I don't want to do the job and hangs up on you.

Excellent service! Highly recommend.
Was at the house in 30 minutes. Unplugged the sewer line in 5 minutes. Plus explained to me how the septic tank works. I thought it needed to be pumped. But he showed me how to check it. Doesn't need to be pumped out for a number of years. I will definitely call them when it does.

Horrible company, service, owner, job, price, timing, sending report, ... everything was super super unprofessional. I don't recommend them AT ALL.
