I did not realize how big a problem I had with my septic backup, likely because I have a very long driveway. Mark and crew arrived the morning I called, actually had to leave and come back with a bigger truck and worked for hours until the job was completed. They were amazing, professional at all times, courteous, I really can't speak highly enough about this company. I also had absolutely no complaints about the bill either, considering the amount of work involved I believe what I was charged was very fair. Should I have any future issues in the future, I won't hesitate to call them again.

Can't say enough about the owner, Mark and Jamie, the young man who came out to our house. Called at 9:15 am and Jamie was here at 10:05! He was quick, extremely polite and knowledgeable. So glad we went with a local company and were lucky enough to find Prospect Sanitation.

Great local business and very reasonably priced services. We had sceptic tank blockage this week, and contacted this business late in the PM. The staff contacted the crew and they were at our property within the hour. Very professional company and staff. Experts in all things sceptic and we are now a regal customer for our annual cleaning etc. Nice to have a great local company here in Prospect.
