Elijah was great. I called him right after a series of really cold days during which he was really busy. Despite that and despite my need to have my toilet replaced not being urgent, Elijah immediately scheduled me for two days later and showed up promptly. Ultra nice guy, very responsive, and seemed very thorough and careful. Should I ever need a plumber again, I'll certainly reach out to Elijah first.

Amazing. these guys were the on the day everybody's pipes in boston were frozen, and they even came back when an other frozen we didn't know about and started pouring down. the guy stayed until well after 9pm. where do you find that kind of help?

Jamie has been out to deal with emergencies in our house twice; both times he got us scheduled sooner than anyone else we called could, arrived when he said he would, and the job cost less than we expected. Too often with service calls you have to chose between getting it done fast or getting it done affordably - not with these guys! Highly recommend.

Very responsive to first phone call. Called me day of scheduled job to let me know he was ahead of schedule and could come early. Had a second issue on a Sunday and needed their assistance again. Reached him that Sunday morning and he came to make the repair within a few hours THAT day! Can't beat that level of service on the weekend. Used for bathroom plumbing work. Highly recommended.

Five stars is not enough, these guys are simply the best, ProSolutions has a customer for life!!!!........ And just like someone else wrote, the service was so good it prompted me to write my first yelp review ever.....

Background: I recently became a landlord and, almost on cue, the hot water goes out. I had some other plumber (not ProSolutions) come and ""assess"" the situation. This was my first mistake. Day 1 this other plumber tells me the entire system need replacing. Day 2 I'm told my ""fan"" is broken and another day goes by without hot water.

After three days without hot water, I finally called Jaime from ProSolutions. As I described the situation, Jaime already knew the likely cause of the issue, sight unseen. Jaime came out immediately, assessed the situation and got the hot water working that day! (He literally vowed not to leave until the hot water was working.) Like others have said, immediately, my problem became Jaime's problem. He rush ordered a part from his supplier and stayed at my place all afternoon waiting for the part, testing the system, and ensuring the hot water was back and running smoothly. If it wasn't for Jaime, my tenants might still be without hot water and I'd would have spent over $2k on an un-needed part. Jaime saved me thousands of dollars, absolutely bailed me out and took the stress out of a stressful situation.

Jaime has all the qualities you look for in a service provider: he's responsive, he communicates extremely well, he understands the sense of urgency (especially with tenants), he's trustworthy, he's smart & he takes pride in his work. Bottom line, he's a professional you can absolutely trust. He truly values his craft and places the customer's needs over his own. I can't say enough about the positive experience I've had with ProSolutions. There is no other company I will call, ever. Highly recommended. Thanks again!!!!

Shower/bath faucet broke over the weekend so I was out of hot water for several days. Called multiple plumbers (over 5??) on Monday, none with availability for a week and one in a couple days but he just gave me a weird vibe so I canceled. Jaime from ProSolutions got back to me promptly and with a picture of the valve, he was able to go by his supply house and come by that night with the replacement part. He was realistic with time expectations, kept me updated on his whereabouts and a pleasant guest in my home. Turns out he got a slightly defective part from his supplier and the water started to leak about 30 min after but the hot water worked at least. I was able to turn off the main valve easily so it wasn't a big deal and a few days later, he shows up with a new replacement part (with all the pieces) and even provided me extra silicone lube (woo!).

In conclusion, great guy to work with and will definitely go to him for future plumbing issues..which hopefully won't be anytime soon. Highly recommended!

This guy seams knowledgable and based off great reviews maybe he just had a problem with me. But I paid him $250 to come and look at my steam radiator. He came looked around for 2 hours told me a list of stuff wrong I asked him for a quote. He sent me a invoice restating everything wrong with no numbers as to cost to fix. I asked for a quoted estimated price to fix a second time by email and a third time by voicemail after that he never responded. So basically I paid him $250 to tell me something is wrong I knew that before that's why the pipes knock. If he didn't want the job he should not have taken my money...

I had an extremely successful experience with ProSolutions. We had two toilet leaks in our new condo. It was not an emergency (we have a 3rd toilet) but obviously time sensitive. He exceeded all of my expectations with a plumber. Here are some highlights:

- Speed & Promptness: my wife called on Friday. After she explained it wasn't an emergency, Elijah scheduled us for a window on Monday morning. He called while driving and arrived 5 minutes early. The entire job was finished that day, within a few hours.
- Expertise: after he checked out the first toilet and realized it was improperly installed, I had him fix the problem on all 3. He also took a look at our hot water heater while he was here, determined the estimated number of gallons it produced (far lower than expected), and gave us options to resolve.
- Price: He let us know exactly where we stand with our hot water heater and toilet repairs. He presented options and offered his own opinion so that we can make our own educated decision. We were never pressured. Everything (minus parts) that Elijah repaired and analyzed was included within the single flat rate (the rate was explained on the first call). Basically, whether he fixed a single toilet, or proactively replaced all three (like he did), plus inspect the hot water tank, was all the same price.
- Customer Service: Both my wife and I agree that Elijah was a pleasure to deal with from the first contact to completion.

I would definitely use ProSolutions again, and would not hesitate to recommend Elijah to friends.

Solid across the board. Elijah is diligent, prompt, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Elijah thoroughly diagnosed and explained the problem at hand - the kitchen radiator valve needed to be repacked and tightened, as it was leaking condensation into the condo unit below. Elijah also inspected all the other radiators in the condo unit, and consequently repacked the bathroom radiator valve, as there was a minor leak. Furthermore, Elijah double-checked the exposed pipes in the condo unit, and offered his candid assessment. Total charges $222.50. Great service and outstanding work. I highly recommend Elijah.

Elijah doesn't return phone calls. Not like 1x I didn't hear back from the guy. Like have tried to have him over for 2 jobs at my house (steam radiator and water heater) and never hear back. One time, I managed to catch him on my second try. Nice guy (as has been well noted), but that doesn't really matter if you can't get in touch with him...I picture my beautiful ex-wife who can bake a wonderful cake but kept screwing all the neighbors; somehow the moistness of the cake didn't matter once she was impregnated by Mike the Banker three houses down.
No problem if he's busy/doesn't want the job/whatever, but when I see a guy review this high on Yelp, I get damn excited about trying him out....then....wait....wait....call again....wait....give up and move on.
