What I appreciated most about him was his genuine nature, his clear and upfront communications, and his careful and effective ability to get the job done. Elijah is seriously THE BEST. I've called for quotes from 4 other HVAC shops and they're always at least double what Elijah charges. He's also super quick to come over, comes with a well-stocked truck, is great at explaining what the problem is no matter how new you are to home ownership, and is just all around amazing. He's also sent me to cheaper repairmen for more routine fixes that don't require his expertise, like clogged pipes.

He's our go-to from now on!

I called Elijah first thing in the morning when I discovered that the heat was not working. He was kind enough to fit me in at the end of the day and called me later when he was on his way. He was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and what had gone wrong. It was a simple fix and Elijah had the heat going in no time. Elijah was awesome! Firstly, he was very responsive-- I heard back from him right away. He fixed a leaky bath faucet for me-- he assessed the problem, went to get the parts, and fixed it all within one day's visit. I had tried other plumbers who were asking me to go out to get the parts for myself etc. I just don't have the time or expertise for this.. Elijah was so great and managed the entire process himself! He explained what he did and what the problem was, so I might know how to handle it in the future if anything were to happen. I felt very comfortable having him in my home-- he was awesome! I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Elijah was excellent. Very responsive to the first phone call, able to come out the next day. Spent 2 hours diagnosing a very strange problem with my attic HVAC unit.

What I appreciated most was unlike previous HVAC service people from other companies I've had tackle the same problem, he was a professional, approaching the situation as a complex problem that needed to be solved. In our case, the solution was quite unorthodox.

After a hectic day of having absolutely everything go wrong with a new fridge delivery/removal, I called Jamie as a longshot hoping he might be able to help reconnect a water line. To my surprise, he not only picked up immediately, but he told me he was on his lunch break and could stop by in ten minutes. Ten minutes later and he was at my door, exactly as promised. He fixed the problem immediately and was an absolute professional. Honestly, he saved the day. I would recommend his services to anyone!

Jamie was very helpful when our gas furnace stopped heating during a cold week in late-January. He came the next day and quickly got the heater working again (flame rollout switch). He went above and beyond in following through the next month when we continued to have issues with flame rollout switch on the heater.

This was the first company to call me back after 8 different tries. Eiljah was completely booked, but referred me to his colleague, Jamie St. Don (774)606-7034. Jamie fit me in that day, was on-time. He removed, and installed a new water heater for my condo; which was tricky since I am the #2 unit and units 1&3 had just replaced their leaving me less than ample room. Jamie found a water heater that would fit, installed it, and then fixed two toilets in my condo all for a very nominal price. I can recommend him more - He left all areas, cleaned ensured everything was work properly and was super efficient. I will be call him for all my plumbing needs.
