We paid $2900 for replacement of a 50 gas water heater. I feel that is WAY too expensive. Of course you don't get hot water until its fixed. They came fast, and did a good job, but I think that cost is too much. We will NOT be using them again.

As usual from ProSkill, I received excellent service.....JR was on time, professional but friendly and accomodating. He did the check of my smoke detection and changed my A/C filter as well as getting on my roof in hellish heat and serviced my A/C. He was clear and concise on what he had done and I received the report and invoices minutes after he left. I am always impressed by the profession and friendly manner of everyone I speak to in this company and the skill of those who have serviced my A/C, plumbing, and insulation issues in the past.

They came out to change filters and service. My system was working worse than it was before, after they were finished. I called and they sent a technician to check. He wanted to charge me a service charge to check things out. I said that was ridiculous because my system worked fine before they came to service. He said he would check the system. He said that I had a problem that he just happened to have a part for after telling me that my system was 25 years old. Then charged me $340 to change this part. I don't feel these people can be trusted.

Don't waste your time with this place! Their prices are absolutely outrageous! They don't have technicians any longer, they just try to sell you overpriced new units. Quoted me $6k higher than 3 other bids I received for a new AC split system. The sales person was very arrogant and even laughed at me when I questioned his pricing. Used to be a good local Anthem company, now they just try to rip you off.

ProSkill installed a Trane AC in our home. ProSkill has the best warranty. In addition to the great warranty from Trane, they gave us a 12 year labor warranty. The job description was 4 pages of details on all that would be done. The installers were highly knowledgeable and attentive to any questions or concerns we had. They were very careful to clean up well and even painted the attic access panel when they were done. The technicians made sure the thermostat was added to our phone so any changes to temperature could even be made remotely. Highly satisfied with this company, the products they sell and the service they provide.

Karl was extremely professional, courteous, and informative. Called Proskill on a hot Saturday for an AC not working and tech was there within 30 minutes of hanging up.

Highly recommended. Friendly. Have used Proskill before and will continue to use going forward! Amazing staff and company, pricing also extremely reasonable. No hiddens here nor 2nd mortgage needed to pay.
