ProSkill Services came today and installed my brand new Trane AC and Furnace. I cannot say enough good things about this company and especially want to commend Kyle, Lorenzo, Chris and Michael for the great job. Not only were they professional and courteous, but they demonstrated great customer service skills as well. Did I mention that after interviewing three other companies, ProSkill's quote was $1000 less than the other companies. Also, Kyle went above and beyond by painting the trap door to the ceiling in the garage after they were finished installing my new furnace which is located in the attic and tightened my attic ceiling lights. I cannot say enough about these four gentlemen.

Thrilled with the quick service and knowledge of the two plumbers this company provided me to solve a tricky issue of a bathtub clog on an older property. The first plumber came out and called another plumber at the company to get his take on the situation and next day the 2nd plumber came out and solved the issue. Very happy customer here! I've used ProSkill now for electrical and insulation installation. Everything from the quote to the completion of the work was outstanding. They answer the phone quickly and the technicians are very knowledgeable and customer centric. They want every aspect of the job to be perfect.....even clean up.

If you go to their website, schedule an appointment based on the date and time provided evidently that is only a ""request "". At least that is what I was told by dispatch. I had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday between noon and 4pm, again this is based on what their website provided. Dispatch calls me and informed me the earliest is April 8th. Absolutely a bait and switch.

ProSkill came out yesterday, just for routine maintenance on our AC/Heater. I can't say enough good things about this company. Technician, Gaquar Moore, was right on time, sent text to let us know he was on his way, his picture was included so we would know him when he arrived. He was friendly and courteous. Even slipped on booties over his shoes to keep our floors clean.

Proskill installed a new AC for us at our old house so when our new house needed a new HVAC system, we called them first. After 3 estimates, they were not only the best price but the least amount of pressure also. They are professional and transparent. No sales pitch. Honest guys who want to do a good job. From scheduling to install, the entire process was efficient and easy. Communication is excellent. No stress at all! They installed our new system and did a very thorough job making sure everything was done well and working well before leaving. Professional installers who keep everything clean and neat. In 25 years we have had a lot of plumbers at our home,but never as efficient as Tyson. I didn't think he would have to get under the sink so I didn't remove anything. Tyson took everything out and replaced it exactly as it was. He also wore a mask,gloves and booties. This company is very efficient from the first contact to finish.

They are AWESOME! From scheduling to completing the work, everything was stress-free and efficient. My kitchen sink/countertop was leaking so decided to install new one. Leif came out to take a look and he inspected the leak and suggested the size of the sink that we should get. He explained every details thoroughly and was being honest with their cost and quality of service. After we decided to have the work done, they were able to schedule Leif to come out within few days. He came right on time, completed the job as scheduled and made sure all are good to go. Unfortunately, there was a little leak/drip so we called back and asked if he can come out. He came back the next day with his supervisor. They inspected everything again and did admit that there was some leaking. They spent good hour to repair and spent some more time to observe any issues. We are very happy with their work and service!
They are ON TIME. For the first appointment for estimate, they called me 2 hours before and asked if he can come by earlier and came within 20 minutes!
They'll get their work done as promised and will provide the quality of service they promised. They may not have the lowest cost, but with that service quality, I would be happy to paid that cost!
