We experienced our toilets and bathtubs backing up late Friday Evening, December 20, 2019. We called ProServe Mechanical as they had come highly recommended by Air Controlled Environments who put in our Central Heating Air Conditioning and who are also a great company in themselves, so we took their recommendation seriously. To our surprise, the owner of ProServe, (Rick) answered the phone well after the close of business (8pm or so) and scheduled an appointment for early Saturday Morning. He arrived at 7am and discussed the plumbing problems with us and went right to work. He was extremely polite and businesslike. Unfortunately, I had him digging out our front yard sewer clean out in the wrong location for about 5-10 minutes. He was very patient and wasn't upset when he finally found the actual location of the clean out about a foot over from where I thought it was. Rick opened it up and found that our Birch Tree roots had found their way into the clean out opening and were clogging the sewer pipe along with toilet paper and god knows what else. Rick thoroughly cleaned out the roots and muck, and then called us over to show us what the problem had been. He then closed it all up and cleaned up the entire area. My wife and I were truly pleased with how nice Rick was and how businesslike and professional he remained throughout the entire contact. He is a very honest man and his bill was extremely fair. We were happy to pay it. We wholeheartedly endorse this company and will definitely use them for any other plumbing related issues we have in the future. Thanks again ProServe Mechanical! My water heater was leaking really bad in my garage so I googled plumbers in my area and found Proserve was the only one that was able to get to me immediately. He came and inspected the problem, explained what happened, and a few hours later I had a new water heater. Not only did he replace but he also put a drain pan under and created a drain leading outside my garage so I would not have the same problem again. He strapped it in 2 places and replaced all the hoses. I appreciate that he took the time to do it first class! I will use them for all my plumbing needs!
