Professional and very honest. Had a knocking sound in my washing machine. They came out and diagnosed it promptly. Turner out to be just some debris instead of anything major. Will definitely use them in the future.

Frank and an assistant came to the house ran a test and inspected my AC system. They quickly identified the problem and presented me the solution. Unfortunately I was the last call for the day and they had run out of free which I was in desperate need of. They came back the following week filled my system with freon and repaired a leak in a pipe. They were fast and clean I'd use them again.

Great service. Spencer was friendly, professional and efficient! We had Spencer help with some home appliances. He was very friendly and professional. He explained his process and finished in a very timely manner. We will be using Proserv again in the future!

Friendly and helpful technicians. They explained the problem with my oven thoroughly and though the first few fixes did not turn out to be the main problem, it is now working great.

Sometimes a few days more than expected would pass before I heard back about timing on a part repair, but whenever I called them I was always able to find out what I needed quickly.

Scheduling was efficient and the technicians showed up on time after calling ahead to let me know when they were on their way.

It's hard to write a review on customer service when you haven't had any! We have a home warranty through American home shield that contracted Proserv to come out to repair our furnace 2 weeks ago!! They showed up the next day took our money and we haven't heard from them since. I called a few days after they came because we had no idea what our next step was and they lady who was very pleasant told me the parts were ordered and they have 5-7 days to arrive and they would call us back. Its been 14 days and they have not contact us once since they came. Our home warranty has contacted them twice regarding the status and no return calls to them either. I have called several times and no one is answering and I am not able to leave a message. It may be spring but this is Oregon and its cold!!! I would never recommend them to any one.

I got a service for the heating system from Proserv through American Home Shield. I am outraged. I have never experienced anything like this:
- they did not show up for the appointment and did not call me that they would not;
- they did not answer my phone call or message that day till late night;
- they diagnosed the issue and stated that they had ordered the parts, but they did not till for a week;
- a week of phone calls while 4 familes have been living in the cold: secretary answers and tells me that she can not reach the service man who ordered the parts, leaves him a message and promises me to call me back next day; next day no phone call, I call them and we play the same ""game"";
- I am still in the process of getting it fixed and rising my complain to American Home Shield.

My recomendation is to avoid this company as far as you could. Regards, Attila

Patrick came to install my dishwasher after I had some very frustrating experiences with Home Depot's installation service. Unlike them, things Proserv were simple and easy. The installation was quick, affordable, Patrick was very friendly, and everything works great. Would certainly use these guys again.

5 stars. Why? Because the tech who came out went above and beyond. He had to search all around the city for a piece of piping that is a very strange size. He found it and had it fixed very quickly after that. On top of that the tech was professional and polite. Someone I would feel comfortable inviting into my home. That is important to me and I'm sure it is to others. I highly recommend Proserv and will use them again for sure. Thanks!

Our furnace decided to quit on us in the middle of winter and albeit a mild one here in Oregon it was still quite cold and our baby was just getting over a bad cold. We called AHS whom we have our home warranty with and they notified Proserv. They called to set up an appt. right away which was wonderful. I feel awful for not remembering the names of each individual whom I spoke with on the phone but they were all super friendly and kindly & patiently listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately and effectively. Frank came out to inspect the furnace, quickly made his diagnoses and promised to order the parts and try to obtain approval from AHS ASAP. Frank was professional, friendly efficient and courteous. He arrived early and called beforehand ( as per our request with sleeping baby & loud dog) Frank as promised ordered the parts and got our furnace fixed with only a slight delay (one day) because he had to order a part. I am extremely impressed with this company. I am a very busy Mom and really don't have time to be doing this but when I receive above average service I must give props. Thank you to Frank and all of Proserv!!!
