ProServ was established in 1993 by two high school friends, Shon Mitchell and Bryan Watson, in Las Vegas, Nevada. They began their business in a garage, focusing on the repair, delivery, and installation of home appliances. They grew into a complete warehouse and appliance showroom by 1998, and introduced HVAC services to their business. In 2005, Mr. Mitchell broadened the company's scope by including plumbing services. Today, ProServ operates four locations: Las Vegas (NV), Denver (CO), Portland (OR), and Phoenix (AZ), where the ProServ team is committed to exceptional customer service. We provide full-service solutions in plumbing (Las Vegas, Portland), HVAC (Las Vegas, Portland), and appliance repair and installation (across all locations).

Candy W.Just had Proserve out to my house to fix my washing machine. I had a great experience! The gentleman showed up right close to 8amand knew very quickly what was wrong. He left and got the part needed and returned and installed it. He was kind and professional and helpful. I will use Proserv again for sure! I highly recommend them.
Jim W.I found Proserv on Yelp and decided to give them a try to repair my furnace after reading the reviews on Yelp. They came and diagnosed the main blower on my furnace went bad. They have a software on their tablet that they can create invoice with the pics of the model# and the bad blower. With this info, I went shopping the blower parts online with a great price, get it ordered and they install it and my furnace works. They gave me a $50 discount on this service. I am happy with the work they performed.
Took our money, and we didn't hear back from them. I had to call and ask.
They said they submitted a request to AHS (American Home Shield Warranty Company) but AHS said they did not have it. The claim was denied and after reviewing it, solution and cost seem inappropriate. 2500.00 for a inline fan which is more than a ductless heating and cooling system! I will also add Frank the technician couldn't identify the heating vents in my bathroom and had to be instructed on how to use them. They are typical louver vents for a bathroom setting. They were quick to cash my check for the 75.00 visit though! Yelp has positive reviews for them, but there are a lot of less favorable reviews on Angie's list that are similar to my experience. Please beware of this company, especially if you are working with AHS. I should also add this was for an issue in which I have no hvac circulation to my bedroom. I have had other professionals with hvac expertise review this issue and they agree inline fan is an inappropriate solution and inappropriately priced.

PJ H.Professional and very honest. Had a knocking sound in my washing machine. They came out and diagnosed it promptly. Turner out to be just some debris instead of anything major. Will definitely use them in the future.
Richard O.Frank and an assistant came to the house ran a test and inspected my AC system. They quickly identified the problem and presented me the solution. Unfortunately I was the last call for the day and they had run out of free which I was in desperate need of. They came back the following week filled my system with freon and repaired a leak in a pipe. They were fast and clean I'd use them again.

Friendly and helpful technicians. They explained the problem with my oven thoroughly and though the first few fixes did not turn out to be the main problem, it is now working great.
Sometimes a few days more than expected would pass before I heard back about timing on a part repair, but whenever I called them I was always able to find out what I needed quickly.
Scheduling was efficient and the technicians showed up on time after calling ahead to let me know when they were on their way.
Shannon C.It's hard to write a review on customer service when you haven't had any! We have a home warranty through American home shield that contracted Proserv to come out to repair our furnace 2 weeks ago!! They showed up the next day took our money and we haven't heard from them since. I called a few days after they came because we had no idea what our next step was and they lady who was very pleasant told me the parts were ordered and they have 5-7 days to arrive and they would call us back. Its been 14 days and they have not contact us once since they came. Our home warranty has contacted them twice regarding the status and no return calls to them either. I have called several times and no one is answering and I am not able to leave a message. It may be spring but this is Oregon and its cold!!! I would never recommend them to any one.
