This venture was launched by two high school friends in a garage and has evolved into a team of 60 employees. My father taught school and mowed lawns in the evenings to fund his children’s education. From a young age, I helped my dad mow lawns and knew I was destined to be a business owner. I mowed lawns, ran a mobile DJ business, and after graduating college, I started a contracting company with a high school friend in 1993.

The worse business I ever dealt with, the ladies who answered the phone are so rude. They are a complete ripoff charging twice the amount as others for a simple water heater. Don't use this company

What a joke, so I have a clogged drain in the kitchen. They were sent to look at clogged drain in kitchen sink an guess what that's all they did. They did not even attempt to fix it at all. They did not have mask on or take any precautions for COVID-19 so put my family in danger.they said they had to go get equipment assuming a snake as they did not look at anything but sink no standing water but clogged. Come to find out they are not coming back and their office says they have no time for tomorrow. They do not even know how hard the issue is as they did not even try. You would think that they would of had some equipment for a clogged issue. I also feel unsafe as this company does not seem credible

The Tech blamed my A/C not Blowing (it was on and Running, just not blowing) on .... The Thermostat, Short in the System, Old Unit and Finally denied the claim on a Dusty Filter (I hear this is common, because then the Warranty Company won't question it) He was Rude and the Office didn't seem to care and it was a Sorry for your Luck Receptionist. I had to call out SilverState Refrigeration, within 15 minutes he found a loose wire and had it up and Blowing.

These guys were horrible. The service guy was super nice. He put in wrong toilet tho. Not matching the others. And not covering the floor the same. Horrible got. They literally bought the cheapest smallest thing to replace it with. And didn't touch the water damage either?! Don't recommend. Especially if you have to deal with the office people. They yell at you for asking someone to come fix the problem right
Update. Home warranty co says they need to replace it with similar like sized toilet. Same as the rest of house. And they are still refusing to fix it. It's been a week and no bathroom. I just want this done. Have had to contact bbb today as well. Do not use this company!! You'll regret it big time!!

The so-called ""plumber"" they sent had no idea what he was doing, and generally seemed to be irritated that he was working at 5pm on Friday evening. We had a sewer back up, and he didn't have proper tools, be brought a hand snake that they sell at Lowes for $6.99. He kept flushing the toilet to make it overflow, which resulted in sewer water all over the floor. He then walked through the sewer water with his work boots, and wanted to go upstairs (carpeted). I very politely asked if he had shoe covers, he did not. Then I asked if he'd take his shoes off - and he said ""no"". I was flabbergasted at his answer - and reminded him that he just walked through sewage, and that I did not want him tracking it on my carpet. He replied ""I'm just here to help you out"". I then told him he could not walk on the carpet with his shoes, period. He called his boss in my presence and told his boss I was being ""aggressive"". I held out my hand and asked is I could speak with his boss, and he then got into his truck and sped off. Be very, very careful even dealing with this unprofessional company, I'd strongly recommend calling ANYONE else.

I had an issue with my heating system not working up one of the levels of my home. ProServ was recommended, I called and we as given an appointment soon. The technician(Justin) was on time, called before he arrived, and when he got there, he was professional and diligent. He figured out the problem, explained it to me, and gave me options for fixing the issue. Justin Caturay and ProServ are highly recommended by me and I'll be calling on them in the future if need be.

Our property managers use this company to repair ac units. Our ac unit went out in May. It took them 6 days to get it fixed. They were suppose to come back the next day to reattach a hose.... They never did. AC goes back out in June also. We came home to a leak in our attic because no one reattached the hose. Got the AC fixed in 5 days this time and leak repaired. Fast forward to July, AC goes out AGAIN. We are currently on day 17 of no a/c upstairs... Where all 4 bedrooms are. They are awful with communication and we are always left in the dark. They say our A/C should be fixed by day 19 but let's see how that goes. As of today 7/31 we are at 28 days of the summer without A/C in the rooms they expect us to sleep in.
And to top it all off, when replacing the AC unit in the attic they banged up the base boards that line the opening of the attic as well as taking out a chunk of drywall from a near by ledge.

I am an out of state landlord and my tenants AC went out over the Easter weekend. Not only did ProServ( Shaun) give me by far the best quote, they were able to do the work the same day I called. My tenant reported they were professional, on time, clean and thorough. I highly recommend.

Country-wide Proserve
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They not only provided horrible service for me but my tenants. They also tried to have me purchase things I clearly did not need. The issue went on for 2 months before it was resolved.
They sent out a tech to install the water heater. However my tenants called me to say the water wasn't getting hot enough. I called another company to see what the problem was. Well it turned out the COUNTRY-WIDE PROSERVE tech put the cartilage in upside down,and left the valve closed for 2 weeks. By leaving the valve closed for 2 weeks this caused lots air bubbles and clogged pipes which lead LEAKING and DAMAGE to the downstairs unit ceiling the( wet bubbles) I had to pay to have that repaired ($200)
I called COUNTRY-WIDE PROSERVE to complain about the problem we were having this time they sent out their senior tech ( their best). The senior tech said the only way this could be fixed is to fix one bathroom circulation pump for $3000. However he HIGHLY recommended that I fix both bathrooms circulations pumps coils and AC for $10,000 but he would give a discount $500 so now the cost would be $9500. Now I'm really upset. I called another company to get a 2nd opinion they explained to what needed to happen. I called COUNTRY-WIDE PROSERVE and they sent out their senior tech(the best) I explained to him what I had learned from the other company. NOW the SENIOR tech gives me a price of $1450 for both bathrooms for circulation pumps and coils and valves. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS REALLY!!! I had another company come out and fix the problem (installed check valve worth $13 vaule) for a total of $150 EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE!!! (we ask them to check the valve many times) This was all done without replacing the circulation pump or AC unit.
COUNTRY-WIDE PROSERVE cause nothing but headaches and disruption for both my tenants and and me. This compnay is UNTURSTWORTHY and very UNPROFESSIONAL (could care less about their customers) and will not own up to their MISTAKES!!!! This issue when on for 2 months!!!
They will try and up-sale up (riff you off) every chance they get.

If i could give them -100 stars i would. Thier techs are clueless. First American sent them. I told them since the begining that i had it checked already but since i have a home warranty i had them take care of it. When tech walked in U told him it was a bad gasvalve. I was ignored he went on saying it was the control board after 35 mins of trying to diagnose the unit. Waoted 4 days they replace the control board. Not only did they just leave the new board unsecured and hanging by the wires but it turned out the board wasnt the problem. Then he said it was the spark egniter i waited 32 days for a spark igniter. While waiting my was gpt sick verry sick and was hospitalized just because this company took and made us wait that long with no heat. I couldnt wait longer my wife got realeased from the hospital and need it to come to a warm house. Turns out the spark egniter that they claimed to be on back order was available in every hvac supply house in vegas. I hired a company on my own to fix it sure enough the problem was not even the spark egniter was the smart gasvalve. THEY DONT HAVE REAL TECHS THEY GOT PART SWAPPERS. MY KID COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. I am reporting them to the contractors board, news and bb bureau. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
