Def do not do buisness with this company. They wont show up to appointments. Then they will call and harass you when you leave a negative review. Not to mention they didnt successfuly repair the leak they were out to fix last March. Take the owners advice """"Just call another plumber""""

Found this company on Google to help resolve a pesky water leak problem in our kitchen. The plumber, Nelson come out and was very nice and professional. The shut-off valves under the sink were very old and frozen shut. He replaced them and the leak is gone! Great service.

Paul show up to the apartment and he saw the leaking and wanted to replace the all faucet and valve i told him that just wanted to replace the valve and he kept telling me its better if we replace everything and i refused because i know we can only replace the valve to stop the leak, he show me pictures of others jobs and started to work after few minutes told me that its impossible to replace the valve only because it was breaking inside, to make a long story short i end up replacing everything after all the mess and everything i was charged $750.00 Crazy! They make the job bigger to charge more money..its crazy No happy, don't call this company! they will come back telling that this is an scam etc BS.

I had Water Sewer blockage and backup. Pros Plumbing sent out Paul, one of their employees. He was professional and explained completely the problem. He camera scoped my line; then the city line finding roots in the city line! I contacted the city and got the sewer repaired at their cost! Kudos to Pros Plumbing and their professional service! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues!
