Very leaky bath tub faucet. My kids takes baths every day and it gets a ton of use. Greg called me back and texted, which was convenient. I sent him a photo of the valve and he came over with the parts and fixed it in under 30 minutes. Greg is very nice and knowledgeable and I love having someone local help with things in the house. The price was also reasonable and there was no mess to clean up, which I have had in the past with other plumbers. Highly recommend him. We also talked about a re-pipe for our house.

Had a seized up shower valve. To be honest, Greg was the second plumber we called - won't make that mistake again. He was polite, came on time, and got the valve replace quickly. We had been fighting a clogged kitchen sink for sometime. We had originally contacted one of those rooter companies whose coupons are in the Mercury News often times. They were expensive and the problem came back a few weeks after they left.

A neighbor had used Greg and gave us his number. I wish we'd called him first. He showed up on time. Charged us the price he quoted on the phone. Didn't try to upsell us expensive additional services. Its been over a month now and the drain still drains just fine.
