Pros Plumbing installed a primary sump pump and a battery-backup sump pump at our home. The manufacturer gives a 3-year warranty on both these pumps but Pros Plumbing wrote ""1-year warranty"" on the receipt. Eighteen days after installation, they had to repair the backup pump. We paid a total of $2,075 and, within 1 year and 10 months, both pumps failed.

We tried to call Pros Plumbing several times but their voicemail box was full and we couldn't leave messages. So we used the ""contact us"" option on their Web page then we emailed them because this was an emergency. No response.

We contacted someone else since a second opinion was in order. It turns out that the primary pump was junk according to our new plumber, the backup pump was a good one but was installed incorrectly (a part was glued in a way that should never have been done), and the battery was worthless. After this, we finally got a call-back from Pros Plumbing. This says it all. We were scammed.

they literally have 24/7 emergency plumbing services on their website . I called and they said ""sometimes we do emergency calls sometimes not, right now we don't"" so pretty much can't count on them and their website is a false . If you are reading this go elsewhere.

Used pros plumbing 2x Both times they sent a creepy guy. The first time he worked mostly in my basement so it didn't matter. 2nd time was in my kitchen and he did crappy work and made sexual comments to me. When i called to complain about my leaky kitchen drain and the employee it took over 2 weeks to get it fixed. And the owner had an apprentice do the work, and needed my tools. Kitchen sink is ok now , outside faucet ( original job) is still leaky

If you're researching plumbers, look no further. Aaron from Pro's was very professional. There were a few hiccups along the way and he took them in stride. Aaron and his team installed a complete sewer line starting from my basement to the street. I first called to speak with him about it on a Tuesday. He was at my house the next morning
and had his team here ready to start work on Thursday, with full completion on Friday. I was so impressed with his work I immediately hired him to install a new bathroom vanity/faucet and toilet as well as install a new kitchen sink/faucet and garbage disposal. He returned on Monday and it ended up being a bigger job than expected through no fault of his own (old pipes needed replacing) with full completion of that project on Wednesday. Thank you Aaron! I appreciate your tireless effort to get everything taken care of in not only a timely manor, but also at a fair price.

Aaron and Andrew do fantastic work! They helped me setup reverse osmosis water filtration for a reasonable price. They were quick to schedule and install. And no more nauseating smell of chlorine coming from my water. Thanks guys!

Great and honest company. I will call them for any plumbing needs in the future. They fixed my main drain pipe in the kitchen in less then an hour for a price that was half of the competitors. WELL DONE!!!!

He said he price matched. He came out on time unlike the competition. That is why I called him. Because it was Friday late afternoon and the competition was several hours late. Took him about 15 minutes to fix the problem. However instead of being honest he added 25 dollars to my bill simply for removing a drain cover. I said you are going to charge me for simply removing the drain cover? Yup, he said. He left without replacing a new drian cover and charged me 25 bucks for this. I don't like dishonest companies. Therefore I can not recommended them. To bad this guy had to jack me for 25 extra bucks, otherwise I would recommend them. Find an honest plumber. Not this guy.
