I clean houses and had an emergency plumbing situation with bathtub faucet. I got James number from an online group where he came highly recommended. He came out to me in East Sac on a Sunday. Initially it was just going to be an estimate but he said it was fixable and could do the repairs. He did a great job and got my client a new pipe and her shower up and running within 2 hours (which included a Home Depot run). Added bonus, the faucet that came off was antique/original to house. There was some concern that due to rusting we would have to replace and I was freaked. James spent time cleaning the faucet and was able to use it!! Super happy with everything about my experience!

Had an emergency leak in our shower last night. Called this company at about 11:30pm. James came out within 15 minutes and stopped the leak. He then told us he would be out the next morning at 8:00am to repair the handle to the shower. He showed up on time and was done quickly and left no mess.

Cost was quite reasonable considering he came out at midnight. And then first thing next morning. I paid under $200.

It's a small business, but the plumber seemed really knowledgeable and honest, which is more than I can say for many other plumbers I've used.
