I needed a new fence built for my new home I just purchased and I was pressed for time because I have a dog, so I called Sam from Property Master's and he saved the day! He was super quick in responding and had a quote for me the same day and he beat any other quote I had received! He was amazing throughout the entire process of building the fence. He was in constant contact with me regarding the progress! He has the most positive upbeat attitude and the best customer service I've experienced with a contractor! When I couldn't find the right people to remodel one of my rental properties at a decent price, I got ahold of Sam from Property Master's he had time to come out the same day and beat every estimate I got and started the job the next day. I can say I'm in awe the rental was not in great condition a lot of work was needed, I was able to get the rental listed in 2 weeks working with Sam and everything done correctly and even extra little things he noticed his self. I needed my A/C repaired in the beginning of the summer and my apartments kept pushing me back saying the tech had other emergencies. I have a child and it was super hot in my apartment to the point we stayed at the pool. I found Property Master's online in which the owner Sam came out the same day and was able to get my A/C back and running by the time I got home from work. He did so well I referred him to my parents who just bought a new home and he was able to install a tankless water heater to remove the old bulky one, creating a more open space in their downstairs family room. Will be forwarding his information to family, friends, and business acquaintance.
