We had a clog in our main drain line so we called around to several businesses in the surrounding area to find the best price and if they are available TODAY. Properly Done gave us the best quote when asked for one. Many companies insist you have a free on site estimate before giving the price, which is very time consuming if you want to have multiple companies out just so you can find out who best fits your budget. So I find it important to note that getting a starting price or ball park over the phone is greatly appreciated so we don't waste anyone's time. Jordy and his team were very friendly and complete professionals! Highly recommend! We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!

Company was very responsive to messages. Jordy came and was very professional. They helped change out my bathroom sink's metal hose. They were one of the only two companies that provided a quote after I sent pictures in.

Most plumbers I messaged tried getting me to call them first or wanted to come see what needed to replace first. I don't have time to talk to 20 plumbers so I'm very happy Properly provided quotes virtually after pictures.

Omg this crew is the best. I was first very skeptical that they can get the job done in 2 hours. But to my surprise they came in with a 4 man crew and knocked it out. Their prices were very reasonable. I had another guy come out and quoted me for the job and after inspecting the situation came back and said it'll be $625 more because they need to dig. WTH??? So I had to pay the other plumber $75 to just tell me it'll be more expensive than expected. These guys came out the same day and knocked it out for half the price of what the other plumbers quoted me. Definitely recommend this crew. Thanks Jorge.
