I called after normal business hours when we discovered a water leak and was relieved to get next-day service. The appointment was confirmed by text message, and we were notified when Scott was on his way. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He identified the source of our water leak in a jiffy and made the repair for a reasonable price. He also went the extra mile to provide great service. I have already recommended him to others and will definitely call Proper Plumbing for any future needs.
