Our hot water tank stopped working and we called proper plumbing for help. I called at 8am as soon as they opened to be placed on the schedule. She answered quickly and helped me even faster. We received shamed day service. The technician came to our house and fixed our water heater (nothing too major, thankfully) and the service fee was affordable as well!! We will definitely use Proper Plumbing again for help! Honest, fast and reliable! Thank you!!

I highly recommend Proper Plumbing...Scott is professional, very skilled in his job and has excellent people skills. He has done quite a bit of work over the past few years in my home and my son's home. He rerouted my pipes after an unfortunate slab leak and recently installed 3 new Toto toilets and has unclogged numerous drains. He is honest and up front and his prices are very fair. He quietly performs his job and leaves his work area sparkling clean. His answering service Courtney is very friendly and schedules appointments within a two hour time frame but I have yet to wait more than a 1/2 hour before the Proper Plumbing truck is pulling up out front of my home. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking and the warrantee had expired on it. We had a handyman out who looked at the job and decided he didn't want to do it. A friend recommended Proper Plumbing so I called them. They were closed for the day but have an answering service which is very convenient. I received a call first thing in the morning the next day!. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Scott, our plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. The job turned out great, even changing the direction of the faucet so it was easier for me to access. He switched out the old flimsy shutoff valves to high quality brass ones and even routed the dishwasher drain pipe correctly. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for a professional plumber who can do the job correctly and an administrative team that reaches out to you quickly.

I smelled gas in my garage and Proper Plumbing sent a plumber out immediately. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new gas line to my dryer. I felt so relieved that the problem was taken care of quickly!

The appointment was confirmed by text message, and we were notified when Scott was on his way. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He identified the source of our water leak in a jiffy and made the repair for a reasonable price. He also went the extra mile to provide great service.
