My experience with proper plumbing was excellent. I was asking around the neighborhood for a plumber in Ramona and no one had a plumber they recommended so I turned to yelp. Britney was very polite and had excellent customer service. She kept me in the loop on when the technician would arrive. When Scott arrived he was very polite and did clean work. I thought I had the right water pressure regulator for the job but I didn't. He got the info he needed and came back the next day. Quote was spot on. I will be using this company again!

Scott and his team were great. I went to sell my investment property and found out my septic tank was shot while we were in escrow. He came out to bid the job the same day I called him and we had a tractor there the next day getting the job done. They completed the work in 48 hours and left the site the same way they found it! They saved the sale of my home!

Thought this company was going to pull through for me (with my toilet problem) however the tech came out 10/14/19, said he was going to order parts and didn't hear from him/company until after leaving 3 messages 3 days later,10/17/19. It's no wonder they don't have many reviews.

I woke up to a cold shower and called several plumbing companies for a quote. All companies except Proper Plumbing tried to sell me extras rather than just replacing the hot water tank. They said the extras were needed to get me up to code. ""BS"". Proper plumbing gave me a quote over the phone which was the most competitive price that I received.
They were at my house within 30 mins. job was completed in about 30 mins and at the price quoted over the phone. Scott was the installer, very professional and courteous and a very nice man. I have a plumber that I can trust to do a great job and not get over charged.

Scott and his team are some of, if not the most, professional people we've ever worked with.

We had a pretty sizable septic project that Scott not only advised us on, but also monitored the entire way. They worked overtime in +90 degree temperatures just to be sure the job was done on time and to our satisfaction.

We cannot thank Scott and his team enough for the work that they completed. They will definitely be on our speed dial for years to come.

First, Scott was the man!! Excellent communication, really great efficiency and handled everything really well. Was called out to take care of water heater and got a little tougher than that.
Also the receptionist was amazing as well and highly communicative. Definitely recommend to anyone

Absolutely 5 star service.

We had an irrigation leak in our backyard under a concrete patio. After the leak detection company found the leak, we called several plumbers for quotes. Proper Plumbing was the quickest to respond, had a reasonable quote, and was there the next business day.

The guys were polite, professional and the work was outstanding. We were concerned about having a concrete repair on the patio, but they did a beautiful job.

We will definitely use them again for any issues in the future.

Scott and his team did an AMAZING job on my big project of replacing the whole drainage system. A lot of ground digging but they did a great job covering as much as they can and leave the house in clean condition. I would suggest this team to anyone that I know of. Their price is reasonable and not much of surprise extra cost during the project.
