I woke up to a cold shower and called several plumbing companies for a quote. All companies except Proper Plumbing tried to sell me extras rather than just replacing the hot water tank. They said the extras were needed to get me up to code. ""BS"". Proper plumbing gave me a quote over the phone which was the most competitive price that I received.
They were at my house within 30 mins. job was completed in about 30 mins and at the price quoted over the phone. Scott was the installer, very professional and courteous and a very nice man. I have a plumber that I can trust to do a great job and not get over charged.

Scott and his team are some of, if not the most, professional people we've ever worked with.

We had a pretty sizable septic project that Scott not only advised us on, but also monitored the entire way. They worked overtime in +90 degree temperatures just to be sure the job was done on time and to our satisfaction.

We cannot thank Scott and his team enough for the work that they completed. They will definitely be on our speed dial for years to come.

First, Scott was the man!! Excellent communication, really great efficiency and handled everything really well. Was called out to take care of water heater and got a little tougher than that.

Absolutely 5 star service.

We had an irrigation leak in our backyard under a concrete patio. After the leak detection company found the leak, we called several plumbers for quotes. Proper Plumbing was the quickest to respond, had a reasonable quote, and was there the next business day.

The guys were polite, professional and the work was outstanding. We were concerned about having a concrete repair on the patio, but they did a beautiful job.

We will definitely use them again for any issues in the future.

Scott and his team did an AMAZING job on my big project of replacing the whole drainage system. A lot of ground digging but they did a great job covering as much as they can and leave the house in clean condition. I would suggest this team to anyone that I know of. Their price is reasonable and not much of surprise extra cost during the project.

I can't say enough good about this company. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem accurately and repaired it at a reasonable price.

Another plumber told us the problem was something else and wanted $7,000 to repair.

Proper Plumbing came on time, pinpointed the problem and got right to work. He even stayed until 9:00 PM working on it so we wouldn't be without water overnight.

This was the third company I called and I'm glad I chose them over the other two. These guys came out to look at my shower head and toilet that were both leaking. They showed up right on time, had it fixed within hours, and for a great price. They suggested some possible things to do down the road but with no pressure. Would definitely recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

Have a new tenant who reported that the shower head was detached from the wall. Proper Plumbing responded to a request for a quote quickly and arrived the next day. The price was reasonable--and lower than others. My tenant reported that they were very nice and worked quickly. Will definitely hire again in the future.

I lucked out and found them on Yelp. We needed to replace our water heater and needed it Pronto. Proper was able to replace it with a couple of tankless water heaters and completely re-piped our office with new piping for a fraction of what other offered. I would highly recommend!!!!!
