This company did a Great Job on a big project that I recently had. They were tasked with re-doing all my plumbing and drainage for a large apartment complex with 3 individual buildings! New lines all the way out to the street and the whole works. Scott and his crew were really professional and clean with their work. Also working through the rain to meet the project deadline while paying close attention to the details of this large work request. I highly recommend Proper Plumbing and I am thankful for the referral that I received which allowed me to book them for services.

Hired Scott to replace water supply pipes inside our drywall, and his price was half the cost of another highly rated plumbing service. He came in and did the job amazingly quick, and well done. I discovered a leak in my water heater and called Proper Plumbing late on a Wednesday night to see if they could come and look at it. Scott answered the phone right away and said his on-call tech was currently on a job in Bonita (not close to my house). Since I was able to stop the leaking water by turning off the inlet valve, I didn't need immediate service and agreed to have them come out at 7:00am the next morning. Scott and Clint showed up at about 7:30am and surveyed the situation. He tried to reseal the nipple, but it was not successful, so the tank needed to be replaced. I was given a quote and also agreed to install an expansion tank. Scott answered all my questions, including the pros and cons of possibly going tankless (gas or electric). While I was interested in the tankless option, there was more gas-line, venting, and/or electrical work that might need done than I was willing to do at the time so did a straight tank replacement. They did all the agreed upon work, including new supply lines, and I was up and running later in the afternoon. While they were there, I also asked them to take a look at a leaky shower valve, which they also repaired with new one piece cartridge that was an upgrade from the leaky two piece cartridge. The finished job looks clean and professional, and they completely cleaned-up before they left. Overall, very happy with the response and service.

My experience with proper plumbing was excellent. I was asking around the neighborhood for a plumber in Ramona and no one had a plumber they recommended so I turned to yelp. Britney was very polite and had excellent customer service. She kept me in the loop on when the technician would arrive. When Scott arrived he was very polite and did clean work. I thought I had the right water pressure regulator for the job but I didn't. He got the info he needed and came back the next day. Quote was spot on. I will be using this company again!

Scott and his team were great. I went to sell my investment property and found out my septic tank was shot while we were in escrow. He came out to bid the job the same day I called him and we had a tractor there the next day getting the job done. They completed the work in 48 hours and left the site the same way they found it! Thought this company was going to pull through for me (with my toilet problem) however the tech came out 10/14/19, said he was going to order parts and didn't hear from him/company until after leaving 3 messages 3 days later,10/17/19. It's no wonder they don't have many reviews.

I woke up to a cold shower and called several plumbing companies for a quote. All companies except Proper Plumbing tried to sell me extras rather than just replacing the hot water tank. They said the extras were needed to get me up to code. ""BS"". Proper plumbing gave me a quote over the phone which was the most competitive price that I received.
They were at my house within 30 mins. job was completed in about 30 mins and at the price quoted over the phone. Scott was the installer, very professional and courteous and a very nice man. I have a plumber that I can trust to do a great job and not get over charged.
