Not a very professional company , took a half day off to wait for the plumber to come unclog a toilet. My appt. was at 4:00. They called me a few minutes after 4:00 to cancel , no reason. I'm sure they must of known they would not be able to make it ??? I wasted the whole afternoon, I won't be calling them back!!!

Isaac and his team were absolutely incredible. I've dealt with an annoying sewer blockage over the last couple of years it would always back up and clog up. Provided me with multiple options and was able to complete the repair or replacement of the sewer pipe, In the front yard, for a very reasonable price. Isaac was very knowledgeable and communicated throughout the entire process.
The work on the job site was left in a clean manner. I.
I knew that doing this type of repair was eventually needed and I'm just glad that I found
Proper hour home services and Isaac to help me with these issues
Other contractors did not mention anything about the 811 digging. It was really satisfying knowing that they took all the proper steps.
To keep my home safe during this entire project.
I will most definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks again!

This company is a complete mess.Some sales person called me and texted me multiple times,when I answered the phone they barely spke english,then I decided to give them a chance.It took them a week to give me an estimate,the price was outrageously high,answers to my questions were given in 3-4 business days,plus no sales skills.
I ofcourse didn't give them the project as after asking arround I found people who used their services and had a terrible experiance.
Even had them come over 3 times for the same thing because they couldn't fix it for the first time.
Look for another company!!!!!

Proper hour handyman service is very timely and does quality work. Estimates and arrivals were clearly communicated up front and I ended up hiring them for two separate jobs (outdoor shade install and dishwasher install) which they did quickly and with care. Would definitely recommend them!

Contacted them to hang pictures. Handyman showed up an hour late, supposedly due to traffic but there was none. Anyway, his breath reeked of smoke and also spoke no English...asked to use his phone to translate. Company called and said his English was bad and that I should call the dispatch and they would translate how and where to hang the pictures.

Definitely recommend!! Their appointment process was quick and efficient, and within an hour there was a well informed handyman at the door. Service was timely, efficient, and professionally done. My sink looks great and I will definitely have their number saved for any future jobs.

Would not recommend. They left our house without even completing the job (we didn't get a chance to inspect and check the work before they left due other emergency). The cleaning solution was sprayed on the floor and just left like that. We almost fainted when we saw it after coming home at night. Very disappointed with the work.

They are not a professional or trustworthy company. Initial clean and re-clean both failed to cover basics such as washing dishes and vacuuming. The worst part - permanent damage to hardwood floors done by them during the re-clean with some kind of bleach spill. I've asked for help with the repair of the floor and they are ghosting me. Avoid them at all cost. They are not profesional and will likely cause you more hassle than they solve.
