Earlier today, we came home to a flooded living room. After another plumber said our situation was ""fine"" and we could wait a few days, Pronto Rooter came by to actually fix the issue. They were transparent, informative, clean, and quick. We had a great experience with them and highly recommend them to others!

Oscar is not my usual plumber. I am a new Airbnb host and had a sewage blockage while my first guest was staying here. At 5:45 PM! My regular plumber was done for the night. Ok - Oscar and his team are terrific and have been taking care of my home and rental property for a few years. Oscar is literally a superhero! He saved the day for us. Not only did he drive all the way from West Covina to North Hollywood in a torrential downpour just to help us out, but he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. After having our pipes back up 3 times in the last 4 months, he came in and worked his magic and we have yet to have another problem. One of the nicest people you will meet and knows his sh*t (pun intended)! He is a master with the snake. We could not recommend him more. If you are looking for a plumber/rooter, he is your guy! Oscar saved the day again. My yard drains were backed up and the pool was close to overflowing. He fixed a problem with a sump pump and like magic, water was flowing out. He is a professional and can be trusted.

I called and initially spoke to Melinda who is delightful and so helpful! I had a time issue and she was able to work around it and Oscar showed up bright and early this morning and took care of my drain ""pronto!"" The only thing I can say is I wish all trades were like Oscar! He explained what he needed to do, was careful, was fast and the price was great. It really doesn't get any better than this. Kudos to this husband and wife team!
