I used Fabian for years and have spent lots of money. He's expensive but got the job done. However, when I needed him most, to close an escrow, my plumber is caught in the rain and can't make his appointment. Very disappointed.

Fabian was quick to respond to my call for a leaking toilet seal. He came the next morning and had it torn apart before I could grab him a bottled water. The flange ended up being broken too but he came up with an alternate fix to save us $500+. 45 minutes after he got here the toilet is now re-installed and the leak is GONE. I really dont think it could have gone any smoother than this. less than 24hrs from the phone call with the problem and no more water on the floor. My wife and I were extremely happy with Fabian from Pronto plumbing. Fabian is extremely knowledgeable and he went above and beyond what I expected of him. I paid him to raise my water heater (he didn't over charge us). He walked us through every step of the way and included pictures. He arrived 10 minutes prior to our appointment. He also came back later at night just to address some problems to our faucets. I really hope people read this review and hire Fabian for your plumbing needs. We need more honest hard working guys out there like him.
