I used Fabian for years and have spent lots of money. He's expensive but got the job done. However, when I needed him most, to close an escrow, my plumber is caught in the rain and can't make his appointment. Very disappointed.

Fabian was quick to respond to my call for a leaking toilet seal. He came the next morning and had it torn apart before I could grab him a bottled water. The flange ended up being broken too but he came up with an alternate fix to save us $500+. 45 minutes after he got here the toilet is now re-installed and the leak is GONE. I really dont think it could have gone any smoother than this. less than 24hrs from the phone call with the problem and no more water on the floor.
