Fabian Quintero returned my call and came to the house within the time he specified to fix a broken sprinkler connection. Repairs were done quickly and at a fair price. Will definitely use him again.

Watch out. Fabine may not be 100% honest. He gave me a quote but didn't want me to have any details. Look out for mark-ups on parts and hard-selling tactics.

Not the cheapest plumber but skilled in the trade. In retirement now but at one time Fabian took care of 80 properties. Have akways highly recommened him to friends a d loced ones.

Fabian came out and replaced the fixtures in both my shower and my sink. Both were old, leaky, and in NEED of replacement. I first emailed through the website and was called the same day and set up an appointment for the next day. He was prompt. Notified me when he was close to the house. Completed the replacements quickly. He showed me where the issues were in the faucets to ensure I knew he wasn't replacing them ""just because"". He cleaned up before he left. I have used Pronto Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so. I HIGHLY recommend Pronto Plumbing.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. At first the service was great, and I was always telling family and friends about this company and the owner. Through the years though, the service has been less than mediocre. On one occasion my son sat waiting for hours before someone showed. When they did, they told him that they would need to go to Home Depot but would return in 30 min. 1 1/2 hrs later they returned only to say they would return tomorrow. When a major repair to my shower was needed and a hole was needed to reach the pipes, I was assured the wall would be repaired also. The wall was filled with plaster and left a huge sink hole. When I called the owner told me to calm down ( I wasn't hysterical or yelling). I had to hire someone to repair @ 150$. Today was the last straw. I had set an appt up on Monday for 9am. It was 9:30 when I called to inquire as to where he was. He acted as if we didn't have a set time. He told me 45 minutes. 1 1/2 hrs later, I called and cancelled. I found another plumber who is here right now.
