The Plummer was great. Had an emergency and was flying out that day on a red eye. The hot water heater sprang a leak. The job was well done but the prices to fix the various parts were grossly overpriced. If you can do- a little job pricing; because, this agency is grossly unfair in what they charge.

What a difference 6 months makes... My water heater pilot light went out on my 3-4 year-old water heater. The tech (same guy that did my disposal) that came to my house re-lit it and told me that the he couldn't repair it (even though it looks brand new) as a water heater has a life span of 5 years. He was out the door in 5 minutes and charged me $65. I had a $25 coupon FROM PRONTO as a thanks for my continued business and so I figured I guess $40 for hot water isn't bad. However HE WOULDN'T TAKE THE COUPON as he told me he had already given me a ""great"" deal. Well, the pilot light went out again that afternoon so he stopped by in the evening and said he couldn't relight it, but that he would put in a new water heater the next morning at 9am SHARP. Next morning before work I relit the pilot light myself so my kids could take a hot shower, then I came home from work to meet him and he NEVER SHOWED. I called Pronto and, WITHOUT AN APOLOGY, they said he'd come out there in the afternoon. So I called around to other plumbers and, lo and behold, ALL FIVE of them said there's no way I need a new water heater, that they simply shouldn't fail at 4 years. So I canceled my Pronto appointment. Someone else came out and less than an hour later my ""had to be replaced"" water heater was as good as new (and they gave me a nice warranty). Since I was so disappointed at Pronto's dishonesty I looked up how much a new disposal should have set me back and he overcharged me by well over $200. Pronto - you had a customer for life and your greed means I will NEVER call you again. So, so disappointed.

They definitely were not Pronto and I got gouged!!!! I read the reviews and they were good. I called on a Friday night and they said they would be there at 10 on Saturday morning. I called 3 times they showed up at 10:50. There was a leak in our condo complex into the garage and my neighbors bathroom was filled with water. They fixed the leak quickly but still charged $300.00 to find the obvious leak and 425.00 to repair!! $725.00 later for less than an hours worth of work, granted I did sign off cause it was my 91y.o. neighbor's unit but NEVER again!!!

Pronto plumbing made a stupid mistake and flooded my fathers house. My elderly father now has to move out it the house to fix the water damage. Do not use this company !

Do not call this company! They overcharge & don't do the work right! I called them, they arrived late and sent two 18 year olds to do the work, they told me their age when I asked & said they were apprentices but there was no lead plumber! I hesitated at first to let someone so young do the work & I should have followed my instinct because the work they did was subpar for the price they charged. When they first arrived they took pictures & sent them to their boss (or dad) to get a price for the job, that should have been my first clue, if the plumber has to call someone to give you a quote! A month later I had to call another plumber to fix Prontos work & this new plumber confirmed that the price they charged was triple what any other plumber would have charged!

Many times, I had excellent service from Pronto. I always asked for a specific plumber that I really liked; but this last time they told me he was unavailable, so they sent someone else. He did a lot of work on my place, and some of it was done incorrectly according to another plumbing company. Pronto would not fix it without charging me more money. After this, I decided I did not want them working on my property. I had another plumber recommended by a general contractor, and this plumber told me that some of the work was installed wrong, and it would have to be replaced. Luckily, this other company did the replacement work for a reasonable price. If you decide to deal with this firm, please be very cautious and careful. I cannot recommend them, and I regret that I did not speak with the principal or owner of Pronto.

They were efficient at showing up and taking my money, but then they flaked and didn't call or respond. . Nothing . Then when I got hold of them they made excuses and at least I got my money back . Good luck if you use them very amateur ..

They used to be good and was my go to plumber and recommended them to everyone, but recently, they changed. It must be under new owners now. They don't warranty their work, even after one day. Everything becomes 300+ to over 400+ for unclogging drains.

When it takes TWO different plumbing companies to fix a problem. There's a problem with the first company.
When the first company quotes a repair price of $450... then because they don't have the right parts to fix the broken pipe... adds another $185 to comeback the next day. There's a problem with first company.
When the first company's repair, needs repairing after 12 HOURS... there's a problem with the first company.
When the first company finally recommends to keep the water turn OFF at the Main Cutoff Valve ""until you need it, then turn it off again."" There's a problem with the first company.
When the first company measures the water pressure BEFORE the Water Pressure Regulator, and then tells you that the water pressure is too high, so that ""voids"" ANY warranty. There's a problem with the first company.
When the first company wants to re-pipe the entire house... using Copper pipe vs PVC... for $10,000... there's a problem with the first company.
When the first company wants to change the Water Pressure Regulator for $565. There's a problem with the first company.
Pronto Plumbing, was the first company.
Someone else... did the job RIGHT... The 2nd company replaced the Pronto ""repair"" and measured the water pressure INSIDE the house... and everything was within limits. No need to re-pipe the house. No need for a new Water Pressure Regulator. And I have a warranty ""for ANY reason"" form #2.
STAY AWAY FROM PRONTO PLUMBING!!! Poor Quality workmanship. All they want is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
