Hired them to install a dishwasher. Took more than 3 hours to do a 1 hour job and then charged over $400 dollars. I questioned the cost as being out of line for the service. Their response was we get $115 per hour and if it takes over 3 hours too bad. Lowered the charge to $370. I paid just to get them out of my house. I would never call them or recommend them. It seems their business model is to take as long as possible to do the work to charge as much as possible no matter the true value of the service. Plumbers standards rate dishwasher replacement as 1 hour job - 2 at the most. These guys just want to get into your home and start the $115/hr clock running. Buyer beware of Pronto Plumbers. They should change the name to Despacio y Caro Plumbers.

Horrible service and expensive. I called because my rental homes dishwasher was leaking. It's a brand new dishwasher never used in new and all they did is connect a hose that took 5 minutes to charge me a 100$. Definelty will never use them again. Use reliable plumbing there awesome
