Prompt Plumbing was able to organize a service call with our property manager at 8PM on Labor Day weekend to repair some broken pipework in the laundry room that caused flooding. They came on very short notice
to our place down in the Peninsula and did great work and even had spare parts in their truck to help do some additional preventative work.

Jay recently replaced the water shut-off valve for our 20-unit apartment building in SF. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that he kept me (I'm on the HOA Board) apprised of status updates throughout the installation process, so I could keep my fellow work-from-home residents informed of when their water would be back on. As well, when I had a question for him after the work was done, he was kind enough to give me some quick plumbing advice over the phone. Our building has worked with several plumbers over the years whom I would never call again. I would definitely call Prompt Plumbing again (and ask for Jay)!

I've inquired with their business twice. The first was good and the situation was handled. The problem is the second time. I had to pay for a new broiler which was quite expensive. The workers were nice but they were very unprofessional. They left the door opened and didnt even notify me when they were finished. They called for me to hand them the check another day which was a waste of my time. I will never use their service again

When our toilet overflowed (during the shelter in place!) and we couldn't fix it with the plunger, we called our condo management service for a recommendation of someone to call and they gave us Richard's number at PP to call. When I talked to Richard, he told me that they would send someone out within 2 hours and told me what they charge. Jay actually arrived in about 1 hour and he was great! He had his mask on and all the equipment he needed to do the work. He even had booties he put over his shoes. He quickly fixed the clog and then cleaned up my toilet and took all his stuff back out in a plastic garbage bag. I can't overstate how happy I was with Jay's professionalism. I will definitely call Prompt Plumbing the next time I need a plumbing service.

I wrote a complain to Pablo about Richard because he raised his tone at me, next thing I know he is calling saying Do you know what I told my boss? I told him fuck her! All this happened because I called him 2 times to asked if the plumbers where still coming. I do not recommend their services not only because of Richard's attitude but because after 4 times I still have the same problem, it works for a couple of weeks and then I have the same problem again.

We had a toilet overflow issue and our property management company contracts with Prompt Plumbing. The first day Doug came and left a mess all over my house, it was discussing! (He did not fix it) The next day John and Jay came, they delivered quick and great service. They were on-time, they explained everything and the best thing they were so CLEAN! My first Visit was with Ronnie he came out to assess the situation and had to get approval from my complex management company but then Jay came out to perform the repairs necessary. Jay was EXTREMELY professional and went above and beyond his knowledge and expertise and experience with plumbing and electrical was extremely surprising and welcomed! He could have easily said nope I can do things and left by instead he was able to do it all!!! He fixed it all in what I considered was a timely matter and with a smile! I even found him in the kitchen CLEANING MY FLOOR!!! I begged him to stop!!! He was absolutely amazing and definitely an asset to ANY BUSINESS! Richard is the scheduler I spoke with and was very kind and understanding of my needs and was able to work with me! I would definitely recommend Prompt Plumbing! John came to my Victorian apartment after the 3rd time the bathroom ceiling mysteriously leaked. Not only did he spend all the time needed to open up the ceiling, examine everything and finally diagnose the problem, but he stayed as long as it took to make my bathroom look as though he'd never been there (no small miracle given the scale of the repair). Very happy with the service!

My husband has hired Prompt over the years as a subcontractor and we have always been pleased with their work quality and service.
In the last couple years I've had some plumbing issues at my own house. Pablo sent over Doug and he took care of everything, and left no mess. They are reliable and affordable, and I highly recommend them.
