I would give a minus if possible. They came along with another contractor Sunset Coastal innovations, put out proposals for our Deck/ Patio and made an impression that they were legit. The contract was signed and we made 50 percent payment. Neither the material was purchased nor any other work. After requesting multiple times they barely started the project. Then started using foul language demanding more money (not according to the contract) and left the project incomplete. DONT HIRE THEM. Deceitful and unreliabl.

They came and gave me an initial quote which was high and then came back with one lower to try and help but the price was still too much. The only thing that was distasteful was that they were going to do that job without me giving the ok. They didnt even ask if it was ok to proceed before they quoted me the price. Then asked if the office had provided me a quote and I explained to them that they were to only come out and take a look to provide pricing only. At no point did I ok them to proceed. So be careful with this place. But I will say the guys were nice.

Lorenzo and his team have done two projects for us. They are great! I highly recommend them. Very reasonably priced.

They installed a new water heater in our attic and replumbed the drip pans under the water heater and our attic HVAC unit. They also fixed a toilet leak. They were always prompt, courteous and did the work with great professionalism.

I HIGHLY recommend them.

Tried to have someone come out for an estimate and confirmed the appointment through Yelp; however, they didn't show up during the time window nor did they call to say they were running late. Called the number and was told they misread the time/date and they could get me the next day at 9AM. Decided to try a different plumbing company instead.

Very Expensive. $360 to install two Taps in sink. Did not use them. Nice person and prompt call.
