Had high water bill so shut water off at meter. Called this Co. to find & fix leak. Plumber came out turned water meter back on but said he couldn't tell where leak was because meters digital display was blank. No digging just looked at meter & charged me $200. Plummer didn't turn water meter back off when he left flooding front yard next day, I turned meter back off waited 2 days for the water to recede and dig up line next to the meter and found the leak at the meter. The brass fitting that connects my water line to the brass meter had a bad rubber washer, I don't recommend Prominence Plumbing L.L.C. period.
