What can I say that hasn't been said already? Honest, reliable, fast, knowledgeable, quick response. All of these accolades apply to Daniel. Messaged and he replied in minutes, literally. Had a leaking water heater, and knew it was time to replace (20 year old water heater). Daniel made recommendations, and gave a complete out the door price. Set up the appointment for the next day, Daniel showed up on time and gave a time frame for installation after inspecting our current situation. Not only did he complete the installation in less time than he quoted, but was very pleasant during the process, and even fixed our backyard garden hose faucet. Highly recommended!

My 10 year old tank water heater finally quit. I made an appointment with a top ranked tankless installation company, with ProMax and one other company. The other tankless company has packages that supposedly eliminate the bid process - but my bid was higher than the package range. And it felt like they were looking to upsell to the higher packages.

Daniel at Promax was excellent. He carefully evaluated my situation, figured where the vents would go if I went tankless, where the unit could be installed, and gave me a price that was well below the competitor.

I ultimately decided to stay with a tank and Daniel installed it the following afternoon. He protected the space he was working on, was very efficient and I couldn't be happier. Based on his work, he will be my go to plumber for the future. Thanks, Daniel!!

Honest and Reliable!!!

Daniel helped me with my hot water problem. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem for me quickly. He explained the different scenarios of what the issue might be and quickly ruled out a few of the them based on the tests he conducted. In the end, he was able to fix the problem and, luckily for me, it was the most inexpensive solution to the issue.

I would definitely recommend ProMax for any plumbing needs anyone has. They have the best rate compared to other plumbers I have used before and they keep in touch before and after the service has been completed. I truly appreciate the explanations and trying out the fastest/cheapest fix to the problem before moving into the more complicated/expensive solutions.

I look forward to working with Daniel and ProMax for all my plumbing needs.
