I hired Daniel at ProMax to help with the plumbing of a master bathroom remodel. The job included installation of a high-end toilet, capping some existing lines, doing the rough and finish plumbing for a trough sink on a floating vanity and a shower, and boring out a channel to run water/drain lines in a concrete slab for a new free-standing tub. Each piece was very custom and had unique challenges that arose over the course of the job. Daniel was extremely responsive and ready to go above and beyond to figure out the intricacies of each piece of the project and reach a great solution. The tub was also ridiculously heavy (550lbs) and Daniel and his team were willing and able to carefully move and install the tub without any issues. He did a fantastic job and we are very happy with his work, attention to detail and very reasonable prices.

I appreciated how efficient and quick Daniel was able to change out our water heater. We moved in and realized the old one was almost 16 years old. Contacted Daniel and he was so responsive. Daniel recently installed a whole house Pelican Combo Filter and Water Conditioner to eliminate chloramines and hard water, paired with a reverse osmosis system for fluoride and other impurities that may exist in municipal water. Very pleased, as always, with the quality of work, the ease of communication, professionalism and knowledge over plumbing systems. Daniel narrowed down my whole house filter search to two systems and I decided for the more expensive system as the ongoing maintenance and cost was lower over lifetime of system after initial outlay. I left Daniel a message late yesterday evening. Our water heater was leaking, and we had no hot water. Daniel came this morning to my home to provide an estimate and said he would come by tomorrow to replace the heater. When he heard we had no hot water, he tried temporarily fixing our old heater, and when he couldn't get it working, he rearranged his schedule today in order to accommodate us and have our new heater installed ASAP. Decko was very good and knowledgeable. He fixed our tankless water heater in less than 10 minutes. All other companies are telling me that I need a new hot water heater even it's only 6 years old . Decko is the only one who knew that the problems with older Noritz is the ignitor and he had it on his truck and gave us hot water heater for the orthodox eastern weekend .
