I asked him about doing the work for me and he gave me a price for the work I requested and we set an appt for the next day. He arrived on time and completed the work, exceeding my expectations. He was VERY helpful and professional. The work was done for a much more reasonable price than quoted by another plumbing company which I had previously used for some time. We reached out to Rey over the weekend to take care of a last minute plumbing project. He gave us a quote quickly, and was here the following Monday to get the project done. He ended up taking care of some other items while he was here as well, and charged us a reasonable amount. Rey and Bryan came in after a disastrous attempt by another company to fix a gas leak. As I suspected, a full new run of the gas lines was in order due to the difficulty in isolating the leak and the age of the house. Rey showed up quickly and provided a very competitive quote, and got to work first thing the next day. Bryan spent the bulk of his time under the house and both Rey and Bryan were professional, fast, knowledgeable and as a bonus: a real pleasure with whom to do business. There was a delay in SDGE in returning to check the work and turn back on the gas, and Bryan stayed and waited until he was certain the job was done correctly. Excellent service and will definitely call them with any further plumbing work.

When I was considering purchasing the home I'm currently in, Rey did the initial inspection and scope on my sewer pipes. He recommended that I install a clean out so that I could easily diagnose any future issues, and having seen my camper van, noted that it would also allow me to dump my tanks from home. His associate Bryan did a great job moving landscaping, digging in to the access point, and installing the clean out. He was happy to answer questions as I had them, and explained everything when the job was complete. When he was done, it didn't even look like the stones had been disturbed! Except that it had, because I had a clean out point! Will definitely use them again on future projects.
