Saw the good reviews so I called to see if he could do an inspection of my new home construction. Jordan sounded nearly too busy to take my call and like he might have been having a bad day. No positive energy or tone, no how can I help you today. I asked him if he could inspect a new home construction in Nassau County, and rather than say congrats on the new home, he briskly told me they are too busy right now to do something two counties away. No offer of anyone else he could recommend.

Awesome services and great company. Called the company to get an appointment as quickly as possible, and Jordan was able to accommodate me the same week for a home inspection. He was very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable from the moment he showed up all the way until he gave us the verbal summary report. His background working in Quality Assurance in the military aviation community directly translates over to his attention to detail. It was evident by his keen eye for major / minor discrepancies and his thorough written reports. I can tell he does his job with pride and integrity. Definitely recommend using him!!!

They conducted my home inspection March 2019. They missed some pretty obvious items. Inoperable electrical sockets in BOTH bathrooms. In attempting to get this fixed it revealed some wiring issues with the home. Sensors in the garage too high. Garage door almost closed on my dog!!!! These sensors were not in compliance with the law. Garage door cables extremely worn. Door later fell off of the hinges within a month of moving in. No telling what else is wrong with this house.

What an amazing experience! Both Devi and Jordan have gone above and beyond with our every need. Jordan was early to the appointment, worked in the rain, and made sure to thoroughly go through his findings in our to be home. After receiving the report it made it easy for our agent to go to the sellers for the necessary issues to be rectified. The report was broken down by category with pictures and videos.
