Recently had Mike and his crew at my house to change out my water heater. I could not have been more happy with them. The price was fair and they showed up on time and got the job done. The guys were neat, tidy and very professional. They even wore shoe covers when they walked through my house! Additionally they were nice enough to help me remove an old pool heater from my yard. Our water heater had failed and we called Proline Plumbing and Heating. After leaving a short message at their office, they responded within 20 minutes. They arranged an installation of a new water heater that day and arrived at my home within three hours, absolutely unbelievable, what incredible service. The two plumbers that arrived were very professional, proficient and respectful of my property. Also, the new water heater they provided was of superior quality. I tried a number of plumbers who never called back. Mike called back within 24 hours . Matt and Eddie were there within two days! In this current busyness, that is remarkable! Eddie is my hero! He installed my new dishwasher and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. He also came back a week later to do some pipe work in our newly bought home and was just as wonderful the 2nd time!! His work is clean, neat, and he shows up on time. This company is very responsive to your needs and wants. We were not satisfied with the faucets installed,( no fault or theirs, my wife just did not like the style) we bought some new ones, they installed the new ones and gave us credit for the original ones. They also installed two new toilets, and the workmanship was impeccable and very neat.
If you want professional work done call them.
