Charged $1600 to replace a foot of pvc pipe. Then mysteriously there were more issues that they wanted to charge thousands more. A complete rip off scam company do not use. And if you do defiantly get a second opinion

Joe came to the house and gaved me a bid to add a gas line so we can have a gas range. No doubt he knows hes work and he was very friendly and nice. The reason I'm given them 3 stars is because I paid $69 for a professional inspection prior the job being done so I could figure out if I could I afford it. When I thought the work was done he came up with a supply line problem and another $1100 on top of the $530 that I already paid, I which I wish I would of known that ahead since I paid for a PROFESSIONAL inspection prior the work being done. I understand things can come up but considering I already paid to have the job partially done you will think they would have done better then their average 10% off. Where I'm going with this is make sure they check all your line pipes prior any work is done and get a second bid since I got the job done with an amazing plummer 3 times less of the mount.

Had to use this company due to home warranty and found that I was better off not even using the warranty.... I would of save time and $ and would of had a correct facet installed...

This company put in a sub par facet (they said it was the equivalent), not even solidly put in and when I gave them information it wasn't so, they won't even work on making it right....

We got very good service from Proline Plumbing. Chris arrived during the service window and entered the house with a mask on due to the covid-19 pandemic. He and his partner Alex (who did NOT wear a mask costing them one star) were very diligent in assessing the problem and ultimately fixing it.

We will ask for Chris to come back to address a couple of other challenges with the plumbing in our house.

Our hot water heater stopped working On Thursday . As we have a homeowners service policy, we made a claim. We were initially assigned a plumbing company who couldn't even come out to assess for a week. As this was unacceptable, we requested a new vendor, and was assigned Proline. They scheduled us right away on Friday. Unfortunately, the water heater was dead and had to be replaced. By Monday, the estimate was approved, and the water heater was replaced on Tuesday, long before the other company would have even been here. The technician did not have to use as many new parts as expected, and our final bill was dramatically lower than expected. I don't want to use anyone else.

Proline plumbing services was sent to our home to check out a possible water heater issue. The manufacturer, AO Smith sent them under warranty. Long story short, I had to pay $140 for Tony to multimeter check and say it wasn't electrical, but he then never offered to check the plumbing, just said call back tomorrow if it's not working still. After 2 more visits and just replacing parts over and over, and them mentioning it could be a plumbing leak, but never actually going through any steps to diagnose the problem. The owner, Tony told us ""our shitty house"" was the issue and it was out of their hands at that point. Micheal R. from Mr. Rooter then came to our house and after a 10 min inspection found the plumbing issue that was causing the problem and fixed it same day. Proline plumbing services was unprofessional and left us with no hot water for 3 days during a time when proper hand washing is imperative to health. If they would have taken any time to care what was causing the issue or had any self pride in their customer service, they would have made the $600.00 we paid Mr. Rooter. Mr. Rooter quickly and professionally fixed our water heater problem, which turned out to be a plumbing issue. Overall it was a stressful and frustrating experience to work with Proline plumbing services, they do not operate with the customers needs or well being in mind.

Edit 3/30/2020: Lisa, we were very open to it being any number of issues. After the 3rd visit from proline, the professionals we were trusting to diagnose the issue properly, calling AO Smith is what finally brought to our attention a simple trouble shooting method that pointed directly to a plumbing issue. As the professionals, I would have hoped the trouble shooting would be done even if an ""insistent customer"" was present, which we were not.

Either way, if customer service was even in Proline's top 3 priorities, they would have handled this completely different, including fixing the actual issue and not insulting a customer's living space. Completely uncalled for and un professional.

Proline was very flexible in trying to fix my Navien heating system. They were very professional and nice-but needed to talk with Navien tech services each time they came out. After several attempts, I finally had to purchase a new system for $4,000 out of pocket. What I really didn't like, was that Proline would not vie me a refund for the new parts that they put in the ""old"" Navien to try to fix it. Over $500. So now, I have an old Navien with new parts in my garage hoping that I can get some $ for it. :(

We had a sump pump under the house running continuously. I called proline and asked if someone could take a look.

One hour later Tyrone arrived. He verified that no pipes were leaking. He found that the bucket the pump sits in was loose and tilting so it kept the pump on. After he fixed it, he noticed that the pipe coming out of the pump was not properly connected to the pipe that exits the house. He made a fitting to connect them so they no longer leak...All in less that one hour.

.
Best plumbing company I've ever run into.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU FOR UNNECESSARY REPAIRS!
I had them come out for a leak in my shower. The lazy contractor stated he could not ""detect"" the leak and would have to charge us $500 to remove our shower enclosure so he could find the leak AND ""$2,500+"" to install a new enclosure after he fixes the leak. Liars!! I just had a contractor come for a second opinion two days ago. The leak was caused by a six dollar pipe next to the shower head and NO removal of my shower enclosure was necessary as the leak was completely detectable by simply taking off the shower plate (which the lazy contractor from Proline Plumbing said they DID. So it was a $75 fix vs. Proline trying to charge us over three thousand dollars! I even called Proline asking that they send out another contractor from their company as maybe their first worker was not looking carefully and that this was a very expensive quote. They refused to send out another person to confirm what the first guy said. SCAMMERS!!!!! So glad I was smart enough to get a second opinion.

Alex & Chris came by to replace pipes in my basement for the sink & washing machine. This is the 2nd job they've done for me (first one was perfect, no leaks, it was an ""emergency"" call -- they were there within 2 hours on a Friday evening), and once again they did great work on a Friday (this time with an appointment). On time, did the job, had good suggestions for making things better, and pleasant/eccentric personalities. Plumbers are always expensive, but I thought it was ""reasonable"" when compared to other quotes I received. Will call ProLine again.
