Pure robbery. Please do yourself a favor and move on. I had two different men from this company come into my home and not solve anything. Long story short, there was a leak I knew was coming from the bathtub. NO ONE COULD FIGURE IT OUT because they wanted to rush out.

Currently, still having the leaking issue and I am short $700 dollars thanks to Proline. I heard it was hard to get a reliable plumber but my goodness this was just embarrassing.

Man did they seem to do their business in a manner averse to the customer's best interest. I had a toilet that was leaking and needed a new toilet rebuild kit and an angle stop valve. Simple fix for parts that are very cheap. Ended up dropping the price of a brand new toilet AND the installation. I accept the cost for diagnostics and service fee due to it being provided up front, but the cost for a new angle stop at $150??? They told me the cost included labor, but there was already a separate labor and repair cost quoted for the whole operation...Additionally, what was sketch to me and seemed like they were trying to see how much they could get away with was that they quoted the angle stop at $125 when I signed and then when they came back after the fix, it said $150! The guy even admitted this change! Saying, ""Oh, it was misquoted"". Yeah...

I've had other service appointments (i.e., a/c units, garage door, etc.) in the past and many of the people that represent these companies are upfront about the situation. They might say, ""Oh, this is a simple fix you could do on your own."" Then they would show me and wouldn't charge anything. Or they might say, ""Look, its gonna cost this much for me to fix, but you could get a better deal here. Or even just replace the whole thing for the same cost."" They could have been like look, the cost of this could get you a brand new toilet! But instead, they didn't want to go above and beyond for the customer and just wanted to get the most money for the minimal amount of work (literally took them 15 minutes for a $290 labor and repair cost).

Yes I signed it and that's on me, I accept fault in that. They knew all too well that they were getting away with robbery and those just aren't the type of companies you want to do business with.

I needed a tankless water heater repaired. I called the dispatcher and told them I had a tankless water heater with the exact error code. The technician arrived and was eager to help and pleasant. however, he had no idea what to do with a tankless water heater. I told him based on the error it needed a new igniter. He said he would look into and called the company who told him what I told him. He then proceeded to take the vent off which was not part of the error code and told me there was no bird nest in it. The vent is 2 feet long and blocked on the outside. I already knew this. He then tells me there is nothing he can do and it needs to be replaced. He then charges me $200 for an after hour call which I had already agreed with. I am then charged an additional $200 for him telling me it needs to be replaced and the cost isn't put towards a new unit. I was charged $400 for an answer that could have been handled with a phone call such as I don't have parts for your unit, I don't know anything about tankless water heaters, and you will need to replace the unit and let me schedule a time. They then proceed to send me a bid to replace my unit with an identical unit for $4200.

I called another company who I called and told them the problem and they said they don't have parts and would need to replace the unit. They gave me a bid over the phone and came out within 2 hours and had it replaced pipes and all for $2900.

Normally I wouldn't give a review but I want to warn others. The technician that came out should have looked at and said they can't do anything and it needs to be replaced. He admitted he has only helped replace a tankless water heater twice. A good company will be honest up front and not try and squeeze more money out of you.

A complete scam and fraud. Ten seconds in the house, misdiagnosed the problem, did nothing and then billed $144. Move on, do not call them, they are a scam.

Grossly overpriced. They came on a non emergency call climbed on the roof and use high pressure water to clear a blockage under the house. No repairs performed. Done in 30 minutes. They itemized costs which included $150 to climb onto the roof. Total bill $924.

This is a terrible company and they just take the advantage of emergency situation. I had a broken pipe and asked them to send someone to fix it. They sent someone to my house and I shown them the location of the broken pipe. They (Tony) said it will cost $1650 to fix those two broken tee. I said there is no way to cost so much. He said ok. If you don't do it, you will still need to pay $275 for asking someone to come and ""diagnostic"". This is like invite a robbery yo your own house!

All I can do is laugh off a terrible company like this, technical person Tony K showed up at 7:05 pm when my apt was at 1130am. Only to be told there's nothing he can do about our broken water heater because it's covered by warranty, And he charged me 60 dollars to take 4 pictures. Obviously frustrated going on 5 days with out hot water I call their company and ask for a resolution. The lady I spoke with claimed to be the ""manager"" however had the temperament of a 2 year old.
When I explained how I lost money to stay home because my wife gave birth a week ago and she can't walk stairs. THEIR manger replied "" THATS HER FAULT, I WAS OUT CAMPING WITH A ONE WEEK OLD""! (Edit: her name is Lisa and lied to me over the phone to get me off the line repeatedly)
Now you've already made me loose money by saying a certain time and not honoring your commitment, so I take work off for nothing. Now your disrespecting my family, saying my wife isn't tough because she had a C-section last week. Shame on your management for allowing a lady with little intellect and a lot of attitude to run your company.
I recorded the entire phone conversation and sending them to both plumbers board and better business bureau to see how they feel about you actively trying deny a warranty! Hopefully company's that put their bottom line over customer service like this can be ousted and avoided by unknowing customers in the future.

Chris did a great job. Was fast, showed up on time and fixed our water issue. He explained how to use our new system and was very helpful.

Nearly $700 for one hour of work. I asked for a breakdown of the quote and the tech could not give it. Way too expensive on pricing.

Too not use them. They charged me $150 to tell me what was wrong and then wanted additional to fix it. No credit towards the overall repairs. Called two more plumbers and both quoted me A free estimate to diagnose the problem.
