We had a new gas dryer installed on Sunday and I noticed a very strong gas smell after the guys installed it. My husband and I didn't know what to do so we called around looking for plumbers. Since it was Sunday, nobody was available. When we called prolific plumbing, Kody advised us on how to turn off the gas line correctly. Kody came out the next day to check out our leak, and I'm glad we called because I found out that we had some funky installation! We have an old home, so he put in a new gas valve, a better gas line to the dryer, sealed everything properly, and made sure everything was compatible. I ran the dryer to test it and Kody continued to check if there was any more leaking which gave me a peace of mind. I talked to him about other issues we had and asked him to check out some recently installed equipment since we had a house renovation and he suggested some things to me for the future. Kody was very clam, professional, friendly, informative, and understanding which is great because I know nothing about plumbing. Payment was very fast and easy and he explained what I was signing. I feel great and relieved about his service because he was very thorough, so I will definitely use this company again for any future needs!

Six star. Cody replaced a toilet for us. I initially had HomeDepot to deliver the toilet. At the time of replacement, he noticed the bowl is damaged. He covered the drain and agreed to come next day with no extra charge. HomeDepot failed to deliver the toilet next day again. He quickly got a very competitive quote from his supplier (better than HomeDepot), picked up the material and installed the new toilet on Saturday. He was professional, had good manner and was on time. I definitely use his services in future again.

Kody was wonderful to work with and provided honest and very high quality service. Our water heater started to leak on a Sunday so I put a message out to a few companies asking for help. Kody got right back to me and was communicative and patient, answering all of my questions. A couple others responded, as well, but they couldn't compete with Kody's fair price and transparency.

We talked on that Sunday, and he was out to my house on Monday afternoon, ready to install a new water heater. He worked clean, was great to talk to, and remained patient and informative each step of the way. Kody and Prolific Plumbing may not have the most Yelp reviews (yet), but he offers everything you want from a plumber and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services!
