In business since 1998
I founded PSI in 1998 as a result of significant commuting, after working for a company that installed nuclear reactors and was frequently on the road. I loved the industry but realized I was missing out in my family's life. Family is a lot to me; I cherish them and wanted to be engaged in their daily lives. My child was engaged in school and band, my son was on the track and football team, and my amazing wife played in a bluegrass band, so I decided to leave with the road, returned home, and founded PSI.
I take pleasure in informing my clients about their homes and how they function. I view every client as a collaborator - together, we fix and then avoid further plumbing problems.
To support qualified people entering the plumbing industry, I teach plumbing at Johnston County Community College. I created an comprehensive 14-week program that consists of 7 weeks of in-class work and mock-up training, followed by 7 weeks of practical service work, supporting those who cannot afford licensed plumbers to repair problems.
