Serving since 1998
I founded PSI in 1998 due to frequent traveling, after working for a company that set nuclear reactors and was frequently traveling. I appreciated the industry but felt I was missing out in my family's experiences. Family means a lot to me; I cherish them and wanted to be engaged in their day-to-day activities. My daughter was engaged in school and band, my boy was on the track and football team, and my amazing wife played in a bluegrass band, so I chose to say goodbye with the road, came back, and started PSI.
I take pleasure in teaching my clients about their houses and how they function. I consider every customer as a collaborator - together, we fix and then avoid further plumbing concerns.
To support properly skilled individuals entering the plumbing trade, I educate plumbing at Johnston County Community College. I designed an in-depth 14-week program that features 7 weeks of classroom work and mock-up training, followed by 7 weeks of practical service work, helping those who are unable to pay for licensed plumbers to repair problems.
