Can be a bit pricey, but I think that's just the industry . But they show up, do a good job and are friendly. They've done a few jobs for us and we've been pleased.

I agree with the other reviewer......VERY HIGH Charges for very small jobs. Plus very conflicting stories on what creates the charges. Had a leak in the divertor in an upstairs tub which caused water damage. Person came out...sat in truck out front for about 20 minutes. Came in and did diagnostics for about 30 minutes, did not have part...went to store and came back quickly, maybe 10 minutes. Did repair in about 10 minutes.

Told me bill was $237. I asked for itemized receipt. he said one would be sent to email on file. this was around 12:10 PM. 4:30 got the email. Charge was $287. Called the next day. first person said $89 was for diagnostics and estimate. ....never gave me estimate....said the charges were $89 for diagnostic, $189 per hour for service and $12 for part. (rubber gasket on cartridge, not even whole cartridge which I later found at HD for $7.) Told them I was not happy and would leave review appropriately.

later got call from office manager, said charges were $89 for diagnostic, $162 set charge for working on divertor, $34 for part. Still said not happy. She said since I was told $237 she would refund $50. I was not going to get anything else, so I agreed. Asked to put it back on my credit card. Said she could not but would get out check today.

I waited to do review....still have not received check.

Not a good experience. $321.00 for a leaky toilet ($5 flapper) I had done most of the work but had a stuck bolt. So I called them. Months later toilet tank is wobbly. Asked owner to at least tighten and never heard back. Bad communication. Would never use again
