Professional, efficient and honest. Came on time for estimate to replace my aging natural gas 40 gal water heater and install a hot water recirculating system (that I never had before).  Matt explained the work and products he would install. Gave me a written bid and after reviewing my two other bids I chose Matt not only for a fair price but for his kind and courteous attitude. Moses was prompt, professional and precise with his service. He arrived to my home on-time with an assistant, and took care of a new water heater install AND old water heater removal in just a few hours. I provided him with photos/video of my problem, he replied back with clear quotes on my options, and I didn't pay a cent over what he quoted me for anything unexpected after the job was done.
