Upon sending an official inquiry to the handyman, I was informed that a staff member would call me. So they did it. Can't imagine it. A day eventually, the plumber called out and solved the issue. Nice, well-mannered person, and gave appropriate guidance. As this is a recurrent issue, I requested for a Luis maintenance quotation. The same evening was given a quote. It has been decided to proceed forward and, since this is not an urgent matter, work will begin on 20 October. As a senior citizen, also with a 10% cut in labor charges. I'm a very happy client.

Called late night when my regular plumber never made it over to clear a sewer main clog. He specializes in those types of jobs and has the equipment. He was responsive, explains things well, and came late night on short notice. I paid the price as it wasn't cheap given the hour, but end of the day he did what he came to do and explained to me in clear coherent terms.

Such high quality work is surpassed only by his attention to detail! When our toilet didn't flush well, the Plumbing Service came out to check it out. Turned out to be a root ball issue which Josh cleared out in less than 30 minutes. He also adjusted the flush handle, and cleaned up the seal without being asked about it! True professional and a really nice guy. Highly recommend!

Called this Plumbing team early on a weekday morning to get quoted out on a water heater replacement. Rick came by, gave us an estimate for the work, and we opted to go with his bid right there. He had the parts delivered promptly and began work immediately while waiting for the delivery. He did great work and would happily refer him. These plumbers are one of a kind. I called them last night, as they had come before, to fix a gas leak occurring at the emergency valve shut off. they came that same night and fixed the emergency valve. As they worked, they spoke to us and made us at ease considering we were concerned about not having any more leaks. It was a great way to spend a night, they were so accommodating and understood how urgent this was. To come on the same night as the call is unheard of and it was not expected. Their customer service skills are amazing and they go above and beyond for them.
I can honestly say we found our new plumbers. They were honest, friendly, and efficient in the beginning, middle, and end. I would definitely recommend them for any of their services. I know I will definitely call them again when needed.

I have been working with this Plumbing Business  for a couple weeks as we have had a big slab leak problem. They have all been helpful and attentive to our present needs. Both Kent the owner and his technician, Andrew  have been very informative and also another technician named Daniel. We haven't yet concluded the work as we are working out a plan to repipe so I don't have to have my house torn up again from another slab leak.
