I was very stressed out, because I needed a repair on my sink. I couldn't wash dishes and it was kind of overflowing, thank God that I had called this plumbing service in West Hollywood. They were so kind and helpful I really couldn't be any more grateful. Since it was same-day service I thought it was going to cost more, but they gave me the original quotes. Professional, efficient and honest. Came on time for estimate to replace my aging natural gas 40 gal water heater and install a hot water recirculating system (that I never had before).  Matt explained the work and products he would install. Moses was prompt, professional and precise with his service. He arrived to my home on-time with an assistant, and took care of a new water heater install AND old water heater removal in just a few hours. I provided him with photos/video of my problem, he replied back with clear quotes on my options, and I didn't pay a cent over what he quoted me for anything unexpected after the job was done. It's been 2 weeks since my repair, and I'm happy to report that the weeks wrestling with water heater issues and prior repairs done by someone else are long gone. Thank you, Moses!

Upon sending an official inquiry to the handyman, I was informed that a staff member would call me. So they did it. Can't imagine it. A day eventually, the plumber called out and solved the issue. Nice, well-mannered person, and gave appropriate guidance. As this is a recurrent issue, I requested for a Luis maintenance quotation. The same evening was given a quote. It has been decided to proceed forward and, since this is not an urgent matter, work will begin on 20 October. As a senior citizen, also with a 10% cut in labor charges. I'm a very happy client.

Called late night when my regular plumber never made it over to clear a sewer main clog. He specializes in those types of jobs and has the equipment. He was responsive, explains things well, and came late night on short notice. I paid the price as it wasn't cheap given the hour, but end of the day he did what he came to do and explained to me in clear coherent terms.
