I was in desperate need of a plumber ASAP when the flooring people we hired would not remove the linoleum under the washer because the washer fixtures were frozen. Oh boy. These guys were great! They responded quickly to my email, they were able to come out the same day, and they were polite, thorough and explained everything clearly. The only reason I gave four starts instead of five is because it turned out to be a VERY simple faucet problem -- took about 30 seconds to diagnose and 30 seconds to fix. Even so, they charged me $75 -- their standard ""house call"" fee. I guess I'm not surprised that they have to charge such a fee, but it would have been nice to have been told that before I arranged the visit. That said, I'd definitely call them again -- and will know what to expect in terms of fees.

I reached out to few plumbing companies over the weekend after I realized there is a leak outside of my house - progressive was the first to respond so I called haseeb and he showed up 7am to take a look. After spending sometime he clearly explained various options and his recommendations. We went ahead with Haseeb's recommendation and he fixed the issue in promised time. He and his team showed up great professionalism- be it showing up on time, finishing work with quality and cleaning up the mess after the work was done. Three strikes, you are out. I have now been blown off three times, each time requiring me to ask him if he is still coming that night after he says we are ""locked in"" on the schedule. I am sure he is busy, but we are busy too each time we-arranging our schedule to meet him at our house to no avail. Please next time have the courtesy to tell your clients when you are not going to be able to meet. Moving on to a different plumber now
