We used them for a toilet repair. They told us to auger it. That was $250 on top of a service call fee. Fine. Didn't work. They told us a new toilet would solve the problem. Ok. That was more than $500 on top of the auger fee. Two months later the problem remains. They would come out but would charge me a service call plus any additional charges that stemmed from the work even to auger the new toilet they put in. Not happy with their customer service. It's like being nickeled and dimed to death.

I called Progressive Plumbing to fix my bathroom undermount sink that is separating from the granite. The plumber told me they charge $850 for undermount sink repairs. I told him they could and should have told me about the minimum $850 charge before they came out. I will not call Progressive again.

Do not call Progressive Plumbing!! First, please know I tried to handle this without leaving a review and my request for the manager to contact me was ignored. The plumber came to my house to fix a clogged toilet and had nothing with him!!! He wanted to charge me several hundred dollars to remove my toilet from the ground and put a camera down there without even trying to unclog toilet first! He said they don't do that!! I had to pay $71 for him to spend 5 min giving me bad advice!! And, the money was not even going towards the repair! I didn't trust the guy as he looked like a teenager and had no equipment! I then called a known reputable company instead that is featured on tv and they came out and unclogged toilet with a snake and the problem was solved! This company didn't even charge to diagnose issue! I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and being ripped off by Progressive Plumbing! Take your money elsewhere!!

Don't use this guy Or his company. He's quick to come out but also quick to over charge. I've used him in the past for a $3500 water line install. Paid in full. I had a faucet that needed to be replaced and was charged $375 just for the installation alone. he didn't deposit the check until a week later. it was my fault I didn't make sure the money came out as we had septic issues simultaneously and fixed by another company. I thought I had everything squared away and paid for. Daniel called to let me know that he was charged a fee for insuffient funds. I told him I understood and I wanted to make sure to dig in to what happened before I paid him the full amount along with the $30 fee. He's was extremely rude and short and made it seem like I was trying to steal from him. I answered my phone when he called and he was paid within 10 min while I called my bank to verify the timeline. I will not be returning to him for any future plumbing work. He's awful and extremely disrespectful.

Daniel came out to help me determine if my fridge leak was a plumbing or appliance issue. He arrived quickly which i thought was a good sign. But left just as quick too he pulled out my fridge to look at it turned the water on found the issue. Water began pouring from underneath the fridge. He determined it an appliance issue which okay! But he turned off water source. Left the puddle of water and did not help move the refrigerator back in place. Leaving me with a mess. Yet he had time to check the hot water heater knowing full well that wasn't the issue. And he sure enough slapped a progressive plumbing sticker on the side didn't do the first work on it. i was very disappointed when he left and actually called him back to let him know. Daniel did apologize and offered to come back to move the fridge back and I told him no thanks. Beware if you are a single female he will take your money and run. Can not recommend nor will I use again. Very unprofessional.

It's me again with the rest of the story. I am so pleased that Daniel came back out, at no charge. He not only gave me a quote but he unstopped the garbage disposal at no charge. This was an extremely kind gesture. I poured a can of soup down the drain when the garbage disposal had not been hooked to the electrical wires. An Electrician confirmed what Daniel initially told me. The Electrical Box under the sink was missing a cover. Angel Renovation removed it...cut wires...and did not leave a safe environment for a plumber to work. So Daniel could not hook up the Garbage Disposal his first trip out to the house. Nonetheless, I appreciate the help at this time when I feel like the door mat. So many things went wrong with my attempt to repair my home but things are going in the right direction now. Thanks Daniel!!!
