Victor was on point. He was super friendly, kind and knew his craft. He replaced the spout and part of the pipe to my main waterline as there was corrosion and it leaked a little bit. Without fail he in my 'go to' for plumbing.

Hero plumber! I experienced a plumbing emergency at an extremely inopportune moment in time. I was not onsite at the time. I tried several plumbers before I found Victor through Yelp. He was able to fit me in after a job in San Jose. They cleared the drain in probably fifteen minutes! Knows how to operate a smart lock and smart phone as well. I was incredibly pleased to return in the evening to be greeted by the faint but reassuring smell of bleach. Smart, capable, and trustworthy. Recommended! :))

I sent Victor a text message and he replied saying he was available and to give him a call. We met at my house 30 minutes later, he gave me an estimate and said he could get the materials together and begin work in one hour. He and his worker did an amazing job replacing some long stretches of old leaky hot water pipe and we had a great discussion about replacing other piles in the future. I will definitely call Victor anytime I need a plumber.

I called Progressive Plumbing on Friday evening to see if they can help diagnose a problem with the water heater that was leaking. Victor came out a couple hours later at 9pm! Our roof drain was blocked and started leaking in a million places during a rain storm on Sunday night. We called over a dozen other plumbers but nobody was responding to calls even as our house flooded with water. Finally we found Progressive Plumbing and even though it was his night off, Victor came to our aid. Within 45 minutes he was at our house and was on the roof just a few minutes later, despite the darkness and rain (and other plumbers refusing to go on the roof in these conditions). He cleared the drain in just a few minutes and was then off on his way to another poor soul who had also called for help. Progressive Plumbing was a true lifesaver for us!

Great plumber! He arrived quickly wearing a mask. I showed him the facet and the problem, I also asked if he could replace the toilet seat that I had just purchased. He agreed, then when to his truck to get his tools. He started work and appeared to be quite knowledgeable and professional. He had all the right tools and the price was fair. We found out that our water heater supply line bursted around 10pm and Victor was one of few plumbers that answered our call at that hour.
Victor was very helpful from the get-go, he walked me through how to shut off the water to mitigate the leaking, and said he could come right away, but recommended that I wait till the morning so I can avoid the overnight emergency fee (which every plumber I called is charging).
Since I already got the leaking under controlled I decided to wait till the morning. Victor followed up with me first thing in the morning to see if I still needed help, and was able to come to my house in within 30 minutes.
Victor was very friendly, and the repair process was quick, and he seems to be very knowledgeable on all things water heater! His pricing was also very reasonable, and I wont hesitate to hire Victor again for any future plumbing jobs!
