The pricing in quite arbitrary. He says he'd be at your place in an hour and then do not show up for a few days. Then he charges $100 just to show up and see what happened. Really? Oftentimes he has to show up again and redo what he did the first time.
I had other plumbers come and give me a second opinion and all of them said that what this company did was illegal. I mean, paying outrageously high price for something that's illegal?
And when other companies gently cut holes in drywalls, this one will destroy half the house and would not think twice.

I just watched a video they sent out from a video inspection of a drain line. They were supposed to have cleared roots from the line. They didn't get them all and the video they sent was taken from a cell phone of the camera monitor. You couldn't see much because of glare. I was able to see alot of roots still in the line though. It was as if they were trying to create glare to make the roots less visible. They charged 1300 dollars to cable a drain line from a clean out and then run the camera. They broke some camera doing this. I see ads on tv where they will come clear any line and camera inspect the line for 79 dollars. I had never heard of Progressive plumbing before and I honestly hope I never have to even hear their name again. This was just plain poor workmanship, expensive pricing and shady tactics. Alot of plumbing companies in Tucson have shady tactics, but this one takes the cake.

Plumber couldn't make it so he referred us to a plumber who referred us to Terry - we were told he would be here in the afternoon - arrived around 5:30pm - got water all over our garage, temporarily fix the issues but told us he couldn't Fix it and we needed a new system - charged us $250. for not fixing the issue

I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and unfortunately, my usual plumber couldn't make it until the next week. I called Terry and he was able to make it out that day. He was also very accomodating. Since I'm currently working from home, I couldn't have people over during specific time periods, so he was able to come after my final class of the day.

Terry was quickly able to confirm the issue with the sink and had the parts available to fix it during that same visit. The cost was comparable to what we would have paid anywhere else.

He's an incredibly friendly and kind man and I'm so glad he was able to fix our sink so quickly and efficiently. He also came wearing a mask, which I know is important to most people during this time.

This company ripped us off. They did respond within a few hours of our call. They did know that we needed a small plastic pipe repair within 2 day due a our house closing. They charged us $685.00 for an hour worth of work. WOW...the parts came to $66.00 . I did agree to a $149.00 service fee charge prior to them coming out. They overcharged us because we needed a quick repair. In short, they charged us $470.00 per hour. When I called the owner he said it didn't matter how much an hour he charged. RIP OFF

I called Terry Monday at 8 am and I had a plumber at my house by 10 am that same day. Friendly and fast is an understatement. The plumber was extremely thorough at checking to see what my problem was. I thought I had a leak in my master shower, but with his thoroughness and knowledge and after looking both inside the home and out he concluded it was a drain issue. I did not end up using them for this problem as this was a much bigger issue than what their services cover. However I will not hesitate in the future if needed. Fast, friendly, and inexpensive!!!

Very expensive and owner quotes prices on the fly with no reasoning - just what he thinks he can get out of you. He uses your plumbing needs against you especially if an emergency - horrible customer service. Also, he doesn't like debit/credit cards which is a hassle when one has to go to the bank to give him cash.

Based on his high prices, go with someone else - he doesn't do the work himself anyway.

Verbally quoted 350 to 425 for a water softener install. Charged hundreds more after the job was complete. Get a quote in writing before you start work with this company.

Terry was very responsive when we had an emergency plumbing issue. Being out of town made it worrisome for us, but he helped us out with every step and solved the problem quickly with great customer service.
