we have used Progressive Heating and Air for at least 12 years. Our heater died and could not be revived, our service tech, Chuck, said he had 2 space heaters at home and he would bring them to us. we didn't need them because we had a couple already, but it was a kind offer. Hunter came out to the house with three choices of systems, we agreed on a choice and set up the install.. The crew was here for two very long days, working diligently. They were respectful of our property. (and they all loved our dogs). Hunter came out for an inspection a few days after the install to make sure there was no issues. We will continue to use Progressive for maintenance! We know we can trust them! that's a big deal in this day and age.

I was highly impressed with the service Progressive Heating & Air provided during the installation and relocation of our residential system. Every employee we came in contact with was professional, courteous and sincere. Our installation took two days and the crew was very organized during the entire process and cleaned up at the end of each day. The follow up from the company representative was also great - they took care of everything down to registering the warranty for us! As a real estate professional I will definitely recommend them to clients and associates in the future.

I have been using Progressive H&A for over 20 years. I can't say enough nice things about this company. They are always professional, engaged, analytical and are able to tell me the good and bad news in a way that a woman can understand. That's a big plus! I have two aging systems in my home, a heat pump and a gas fired furnace. I usually have Progressive come out once a year (in the fall) to service; but, I had gotten a little lax. However, when the condensate removal pump on the heat pump backed up and overflowed, I knew I needed to call PH&AC. The technician was on time, fixed the problem, and no cost overruns. In my opinion, this is one company you can trust to do a good job for you because they have training and experience.

Mike and Ethan were very helpful repairing and setting up plumbing for our Master bathroom remodel. Mike was very informative and made sure I new what was needed to make our bathroom plumbing work properly. I was informed of the price and time needed for all repairs before the work was done. Worst company I have ever seen. They did nothing but lie from the very start and they are able to get away and rip people off with their outrageous prices. You think that you would be able to trust a big company but you can't. They just came in and did the worst job possible just to get it to pass on unsuspecting costumers. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Our A/C unit went out after 17 years of good service. The Progressive guys came out promptly and diagnosed the problem and showed us why it was no longer feasible to do patch work. A complete replacement was necessary. The work was scheduled timely and when the guys came on site to do the work, they did not stop until completed. A nice touch included a follow up visit to answer any final questions and ensure our complete satisfaction. They have customer service nailed!

I called Progressive Heating and Air after another company supposedly """"fixed"""" our problem. (Scott Walker HVAC is TERRIBLE) Progressive REALLY fixed it AND did so for a reasonable price! I will call them from now on!

The technician correctly diagnosed the issue. Our problem came when I asked about repair costs. All the tech had was a glossy book with a variety of prices ranging from $1300 to $700. When I asked the price of the part and break down on install costs, he couldn't give it to me. I sent him on his way & found a reputable HVAC company who researched and found my system was in warranty (less than 10 years old) so parts were free and install was under $450 with five year guaranty on parts & labor. Won't be calling Progressive again, too 'Slick Willy' for me.

I had the same experience as another reviewer. They are very """"slick Willy"""" -- The technician only recharged my system, didn't check for leaks or anything. They have a glossy book, but no price breakdowns. When I asked how much everything was individually, he couldn't tell me. Very shady company.
