I am sure they have a lot of work, but, a simple message saying they do not want the business would have helped.

Fantastic experience all around. Moe was very responsive and provided the lowest of 3 quotes received for installation of a new PRV and water main shutoff valve. He was able to come out right away and do the install without any issues. He was very mindful of Covid, wearing a mask the whole time and minimizing contact to only the necessary work areas. The workmanship was great and he was very polite and courteous. I'll be using Progress Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

Moe was great and went above and beyond to resolve my kitchen leak. He responded to my inquiry within hours and fit me into his schedule the same day. Upon coming to my home, we discovered that I had a bigger problem than initially suspected requiring me to replace the whole kitchen faucet. Moe thankfully wanted to resolve my issue instead of having to come back out another day. He helped me pick out the appropriate parts on the Home Depot website, I placed an order online, and Moe went to the store and picked it up! I could not have asked for a better experience. Moe will be my go to person for all of my future jobs, hands down without any hesitation.

Moe was extremely responsive and gave us a flat quote right away without an appointment. We needed to unclog our drain, replace the pipe, sink, and faucet. The job turned out more challenging than expected. Moe spent a couple of hours to get the parts needed and worked diligently until done. He sticked to his original flat fee and fixed additional problem for a very reasonable rate.

He also provided great suggestions for maintenance to avoid future problems.

The only thing that could speed up the job was to better coordinate to get the parts needed ahead of time before the appointment.

I needed to replace 3 faucets in my house. Mohammed arrived on time and went to work straight away. The job was unusually challenging because the original faucets were installed incorrectly. Mohammed worked diligently until the job was done and held at his original flat fee. He spotted some additional problems and fixed those at a very fair hourly rate plus materials.

Moe was fantastic! My daughter decided to use a already broken toilet, and didn't tell me until late at night so naturally I jumped on Yelp to find a plumber and requested quotes. Moe messaged me right away and said he could come out the next morning for a fair price. He wore a mask and took care to cover his shoes. He fixed the toilet and took a look at another and explained everything thoroughly. Problem solved without any issues and he was super friendly as well. Highly recommended!!
