I called Chip for a leak in our upstairs bathroom. He called back that day and he was at our house the next morning. Chip quickly determined the problem and gave us a fair price to fix everything. He was in and out in less than an hour. He's experienced, friendly and humorous. He said if we had any problems to call him and he'd come back and fix it for free. He guarantees all his work. I would recommend him to anyone in search of a good plumber.

We had a semi-emergency with a clogged toilet, thanks to my 15 month old throwing a vitamin bottle down the toilet at just the right moment. Chip was here about an hour after our call, even though I let him know any day this week would've been fine but we appreciated the prompt service.

The job itself was quite a challenge, the bottle was jammed in the trap of the toilet so after the toilet was removed and flipped over, it still took about an hour of perseverance to twist and break the bottle until it was able to be pulled out. It says something that Chip stuck with it and didn't just try to up-sell us to a new toilet install. Price was relatively reasonable so we didn't have any complaints there, no sticker shock. We'd definitely recommend Progress plumbing!

I left a message with Progress Plumbing around 10am on a Saturday morning regarding a leaky valve in my basement. Chip promptly called me back about 15 minutes later and gave me a fair quote on fixing the problem. He showed up shortly thereafter and proceeded to fix the leak. During this time he explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He seemed very honest and trustworthy so I'll definitely be calling him again if I'm in need of plumbing services.

Anthony ""Chip"" Gazzero provides honest work at reasonable fees. Chip has done several small jobs at my home and I will continue to use him. I think he works alone thereby keeping costs down. I usually provide the extra set of hands for any heavy lifting but that is OK by me as I get to learn something too.
