Anthony was phenomenal!

So I was trying to fix a broken pipe myself because I'm pretty handy. I then pulled something you're not supposed to pull on, and boom... water everywhere.

I called four places. The first couldn't tell me the cost of emergency services. The second and third didn't answer or call me back. Here, a friendly lady answered and told me someone would call me in 5 to 10 minutes. Anthony called in that time frame and gave me an ETA. His ETA was accurate, and I got 2 messages - one when he was 30 minutes out, and another when he was 8 minutes out. As a project manager, I'm a sucker for communication. He was kind, polite, respectful, honest, and he went above and beyond when he showed me what to do and gave me tips for the next time I decide I'm Wonder Woman and try and fix a broken pipe on my own. I do know that when I inevitably end up breaking something in my efforts, I'll call these guys, and you should too!
