I've used them multiple times and have always had fair pricing and quick service. This time they couldn't help me but went out of their way to get another plumber to come and fix my gas line. I would continue to use them and highly recommend their service

This plumbing company has scheduling issues, time management issues, efficiency issues and kept pushing us back in their schedule for a two hour job that they claimed was a five hour job. We called on day one, were promised that we would be taken care of by day two. After three days of dealing with a plumbing issue they wanted to push us back a fourth day, claiming that there was nothing that they could do. Once I expressed frustration it became a customer service issue. Samantha, one employee, hung up on me after being flippant about rescheduling me again. When I called back, Valerie flipped out on me over the phone. She told me to contact someone else if I wanted to wait "for a week" to get help.
We called another company and within two hours the problem was completed.
If you want something done timely and with good customer service I recommend going elsewhere.
