These guys are great! We had a plumber come out and check our tankless water heater because we ran out of hot water. The guy said we need a new water heater. Then we got a second opinion from ProFlow. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the water heater -- we just ran out of propane! Embarrassing for sure, but it also made us question the integrity of the first guy. ProFlow was very honest. He even de-scaled our water heater for us. We'll definitely use them agaIn!

Our tankless water heater gave up the ghost. Harry D. Came out the same day and made a valiant attempt to fix it. We needed a new unit and Harry explained our options and costs. He returned the next morning and replaced it. He explained everything and was knowledgeable, neat, and pleasant. He explained the current code requirements and did a great job at under the quoted price. Very satisfied and would call him again if needed.
